i still use the site but be careful subscribing to this they lowkey are trying to steal money they had me on like 4 subscriptions all subscribed to the same exact thing in different words lol and its impossible to cancel the first few days because you can't find it on this website the real subscription comes from another website that's link to freemode.ai and they have one click purchase and no way to contact them it's more of a scam than legit. i don't understand why they just don't want to be fully legit instead they will probably see mad chargebacks and their banks probably closing them out.

Im going to stop using this soon as i find something as cheap as this cause it is kinda cheaper than other places.

All of these buffoons talking about that its impossible to cancel are actually just retarded. It took me 45 seconds to find out how to cancel. First the site is owned and operated by creative fabrica. So you go to there site... log in with your freemode credtials.. then go to manage subscription.. then cancel. It'll send your through a series of questions then force log you out.. you have to log back in and redo the cancelation process and it will cancel it. From there you can remove your card. I swear people only operate on brain stems.

The site is pretty good once your familiar with how it works. Coins are single click buy. So thats how these geniuses are getting charged $60. After you sign up for the account it'll prompt you to activate your account now and get xxx coins. Once the monkey clicks that shiny button it charges you the subscription amount and auto enroll you to a sub.

Fairly simple. If you want to be a gooner you have to think outside the box. The site isnt spam 😔

Do not subscribe to the free trial. They charge you £71/$80. It's a trap. Upon making an account, it gives you the option for 25000 free credits through a trial. Though advertised as free, it secretely charges you for 650,000 coins. There are no options to contact them, check your account or cancel your subscrciption. It gives you the illusion of an account.

If you do fall for the trap:
1. contact your bank for a refund immediately. Freeze your card and report it as stolen so you can get a new one so they can't charge you further.
2. Contact creative fabrica for a refund (you should have an email as an invoice). You cannot contact freemode.ai directly as it doesn't deliver the email.

I was interested in subscribing to them and found out on Trust pilot they were garbage. I learned my lesson from Hailou AI when they tried to steal my money but I got ahold of the credit card company and prevented them from doing so. This time since I went to Trust Pilot to see how others feel about it is enough evidence for me to to get involved with this scam company. The AI Industry has to do something about the bad players.

I wish I could put zero stars but I can’t. DONT SIGN UP FOR THE 30 day free trial. They will take 60$ from your card. I had to get a new card and call my bank smh. Idk why this website isn’t shut down

They purposely make it difficult for you to unsubscribe and will charge you for a full subscription even when you get a free trial. Absolute scam, if you get this contact your bank asap

TL;DR: I signed up for what I believed was a free trial, but was charged for an annual subscription without my clear consent. Attempts to cancel were repeatedly unsuccessful, and further unauthorized payment attempts followed.

The subscription appeared to activate during the trial period and began charging me annually. When I requested a refund, I was told it was denied because I had used the account—but isn’t using the account what a free trial is for?

Even after cancelling the recurring subscription, it would revert to “active” within a day or two. The payments were under Stripe but no way to cancel there. Settings takes you to another company Creative Fabrica that handles the accounts. Support there repeatedly assured me that it had been cancelled, only for it to reactivate again.

Eventually, I was told that using the account after cancellation automatically reactivates the subscription. This is an extremely unusual and unacceptable policy, especially when cancellation had already been confirmed, and I had NOT used the account since.

While I was still trying to resolve the issue, two additional charges of $19.99 each were attempted on my card.

Wow.

This is clearly a scam. How is it they're still in business without any legal consequences?

They won't let you logout. They don't let you edit or delete your account. Don't put your card info on this website because they probably won't let you delete that either. They give you 5000 credits when you sign up but nothing works even though you have the credits to pay for the service.

They have a parent company called Creative Fabrica which shares the account so you can access your account details and settings on creativefabrica, but they don't mention that anywhere on their website. I had to check linked apps on my email account to find out. If I signed in with a password, I would have never found the creativefabrica website.

Very deceptive, if not illegal business practice here. They make it impossible to cancel your account. If you use google to link, it'll be under creative fabrica. Go to your linked accounts in google and unlink them, step 1.

This is the email I received from them, no mention of freemode.ai - I expected this charge to fail so this is how I caught them. Step 2, I sent an email to the address they contacted me with to cancel my account and remove my payment method. We'll see how this is handled,

Be warned. Do not put in any credit information. There's no way to remove it and no contact. You have no formal account. Just a subscription button and once it has your number it's locked in.
