Horrible Experience & Terrible Customer Service
I ordered earbuds in November 2019. They didn’t work. Returned the merchandise via certified mail. Gio lieD to me, claiming the refund was processed. It was never processed. At least 15 email exchanges occurred between the company and me, each time claiming they’d refunded my money. We are now in February, and my credit card company, Chase, just called me. The rep told me that FRESHeTECH claims they never received the merchandise. I just sent Adam, the CEO, a scathing email, stating this was crazy behavior over $24.95. Chase will reverse the charges so that I can receive the proper credit, and I told Adam that I will now share my experience in every review website possible. Never buy anything from this company. It wouldn’t surprise me if the great reviews you read are fake. Stay away from FRESHeTECH.

Bought a freezepipe got it and it was not properly filled with glycerin...luckily I bought the insurance because Schwartz was telling me to add vegetable oil it was the same as glycerin which is not true...got second pipe in the mail and glycerin was all over entire package..again I had insurance and now waiting on 3rd pipe...terrible company do not order from them
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Bought a reasonably good product (Drifter outdoor speaker) but charging port broke within two weeks of use. The best they could do for me was offer to sell me a new one at a discounted price. Disgraceful

Received 2 pairs of earbuds, one did not work. Have emailed the company three times with no response.
After posting this post did get an email from company that they would replace. When we returned from vacation we had a new pair waiting

This "schwartz" guy is a professional scam artist. I got a fake tracking number from what I thought was the U S post office. When I addressed this matter, I got no response from him. I paid for 93 dollars worth of merchandise, promised to be delivered July 5, and never got it. I just want my money back.
