Freshways Avis 64

The last 6 bottles of milk have all gone bad way before the date, I can no longer trust the milk brand, and won't be using it again, I'll be swapping to Waitrose Organic.

Looking at the ratings its obvious that Freshways as a 'family business' don't give a damn about their customers, what a way to run a company!!

Tried to open an account via online form, no response, contacted them by phone 3 times with an average 40 min wait time to get connected to progress the application, got lots of promises but zero action, gave up and went to a competitor...can't see them lasting much longer with such a poor regard for customer service and the systemic failures going on.

Dreadful milk. I’m sure it has some form of powder in it? It definitely is NOT British milk!

Only ordered from them a couple of times.
They disregarded the quantities you required/ordered & charged with this in mind. Sent their own amounts & charged with this in mind even though had order confirmations.
When sending the extra back with the driver, they still tried charging for the amount they tried to send.
Customer service was awful.
Website is awful.
Not a professional company. I mean the van was a battered old iceland van.
When awaiting the arrival of an order, not communication on delays.
Ordered some products and they were a no show.
Rang to find out where it was to find our account had been closed.
Reason was we were too far to deliver to & orders too small.
No communication explaining this. POOR!!

Have bought Freshways milk from a few different convenience stores now the last month. All the milk is in date until you open it it just turns sour a bad taste and like chemicals smear on the top of your coffee. Won’t be buying freshways again

Horrid milk, tastes bad

Our convenience store has just changed hands from a Brit running it to a Sri Lankan. The choice of milk suddenly changed from a well known brand to this, only choice, brand so bought a bottle of semi-skimmed on the 24th Dec with a use by date of the 28th Dec. Opened it on the 25th Dec and it had a weird chemical smell about it and tasted sour. We will not be buying our milk from there in the future.

We bought 2 different bottles of Freshways milk from different convenience stores in the last week. Both had 4 or 5 days until the expiry date. The first smelt odd immediately on opening and tasted on the turn. We assumed the shop hadn't been storing it well so bought another from a different shop, but it was exactly the same.

Not sure what is so different about this milk compared to others, but it tastes awful. I thought it was just me until my children started complaining. I absolutely avoid buying this milk, it’s vile

Our local shop sells freshways milk. And I never learn my lesson. Often within 2 days of opening the milk is off 3 days if lucky. Cheap tescos or Aldi milk you'll easily get a week+

Stay away from this company, producing waste of money products.

The milk had four days left but was clearly off - again.

Very poor customer service

Opened two different bottles of their whole milk this week from 2 different shops.....both bottles were dated 4 days before expiry date was up....something going on here!

This is definitely NOT milk my pint went off and it smells like rotting meat!! Is this how india makes the fake milk? Where is the freshways factory ,Birmingham?

I genuinely thought our fridge wasn't running properly and I'd have to buy a new one because every time I bought milk which was freshways from my local shop it kept going off within 2-3 days, we were in a supermarket and I bought craven Dale it lasted a week, I bought freshways from a different shop near to me thinking my local wasn't storing it correctly and the low and behold 3 days went sour, this brand is awful I won't ever buy it again and my suggestion to anybody is don't either.

Wtf is this. This is expired milk

For a company called Freshways this Milk is anything but Fresh! They stock this brand in a local store. I purchased this milk yesterday and opened it this morning and it was already bad! Terrible smell and taste! Thought I was just unlucky until I saw the TrustPilot reviews! Seems this brand cannot be trusted! Avoid as we can't all be wrong.
