There’s layers of troubleshooting with frontpoint. In as much as I didn’t like reading those instructions and AI driven cold instructions I did it anyway and it helped shortened the person to person... Voir plus

I was able to contact customer service for a billing issue within 5 minutes and he resolved the problem during the call.

GREAT customer service

The customer service is always top-notch. I've had some issues with equipment causing false alarms, but they've always helped me get things rectified. The setup and ease of use of the system are both a huge selling point.

I love this security company

I love this security company. I have had this security system for 9 years now and every time I move states I make sure they can be used in my new home. Never had issues !

Superior Customer Service

I got through to a customer service rep at 6:30am to resolve an issue I was having with a motion detector. I was impressed how quickly I got through and with the level of detail and friendliness with which he helped me.

It was a rather complex issue so I was very glad for the excellent level of support.

Would recommend

Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.

The technical support was great

The technical support was great. I received a defective doorbell camera and the support staff diagnosed the issue and quickly shipped a replacement.

Love My System

I have been with the company for almost three years. I really enjoy my system. Makes me feel so safe when I am at home. I would highly recommend the Frontpoint.

Replacement …

Frontpoint is very good with replacing any equipment. To cancel alarms can be a bit cumbersome going through the many prompts when time is important to cancel emergency crews coming.

System is reliable
Tech support is always extremely competent and timely
I've been a customer for about 10 years and see no reason to change. They appear to have the latest technology available if desired.

Frontpoint Security, the best

We have been with Frontpoint Security for more years than I can remember. We have gone through so many updates with equipment and software. There is not a time when we can not have our questions answered and problems solved. Our last conversation was about our contract. We were able to save $10.00 a month by renewing our contract for three years. A no brainer plus we were able to receive some new equipment.
