I have purchase two RVs from Funtown

I have purchase two RVs from Funtown. One in Cleburne, TX with no complaints. Then in January 2025 I bought a top of the line 5th wheel from the location in OKC. When the Propane Regulator quit, I thought for sure it would be covered by my extended warranty or my original. Funtown made an effort to put in a claim then started ignoring all calls and emails. The manager of the OKC facility will not call me back. The worst is the Service Manager, Brent Oldham. I am talking to Forest River directly and they can't even get my receipts from Brent. The repair was November and I still do not have my money in March. Next time I'm going somewhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

In April 2025, we purchased a brand new 2025 Heartland Corterra. The second day we had it we noticed a hole in the floor straight down to the ground and a hole in the wall with exposed wires, both of which were hidden underneath a couch. I called the dealership and Craig Miller advised me to put some foil in the hole. That was only the beginning of our issues with this RV.
In the 3 months we were able to use it, there were significant leaks due to the roof not being installed properly. Mold is growing in the walls, there is water damage and water leaking through the LED lights, the entire frame is cracked on the bedroom slide, which happened the very first time we brought the slide out. I could keep going.
It is now December and our RV has been in the shop for almost 3 months consecutively. This does not include the times it has been in the shop before this. The issues are only getting worse and no one is taking responsibility. This water damage began before we took it off the lot in Conroe. We have had multiple RV repair shops say this RV never should have left the lot. Funtown RV signed off on an inspection that was clearly never done properly.
The only time we get a phone call from Funtown RV is when they are asking us to take our reviews down or revise them to make them sound better.
Funtown RV has screened all of my phone calls since I mentioned hiring a lawyer.
This RV poses a health risk to my children and my unborn baby due to the mold growing in the walls, and exposed wires sticking out of the wall. It is a safety hazard to anyone driving around or behind this RV as it travels down the road, due to its now faulty frame.
Our next step is reporting to the department of transportation.
We want this RV bought back by Funtown RV or Heartland. We are still making monthly payments on an RV that has been labeled a lemon by multiple repair shops. Funtown RV needs to be held accountable for selling a product that is, at the end of the day, a danger to my family.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! They sell DeAth Traps

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

My family purchased a brand new 2025 Heartland Trailer at this facility. The trailer was manufactured wrong. Within days of purchase, water started leaking throughout the trailer. Holes in walls were found, and the oven did not work.

They went in circles with the dealer. Christopher Allen the service manager and Casey Bryant the regional service manager failed to repair as promised. They blocked and hung up on the purchaser in order to fail to mitigate the damages. This was completely crooked.

Since then, more water damage has occurred. The brand new trailer is sitting at a repair shop with "SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES AND STRUCTURAL ISSUES." (Currently almost 3 months in the shop AGAIN) The warranty company has sent them in circles as well. This trailer should be purchased back from this dealer but they will literally block your calls and attempts to remediate the situation.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Who sells a defected item an refuses to help fix it?

Funtown is not Fun at all. You have literally caused so much termoil and chaos from your lack of response/warranty/assistance etc!

I plan on reporting them to the Department of Transportation, FMCSA, as well as National Highway Safety Administration.

Regret to buy an RV from them

I purchased an RV from them on November. And that unit had to stay at their property for more than 2 months for warranty work. When they hold it for a long time, you lost your 1 year warranty rights because time flies. And they never keep their promises about dates.
