We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that a total of six chairs were purchased, and only one chair had been assembled. The issue reported related to the chair feet, which can sometimes cause wobbling if they are uneven.

To resolve this, our support team offered either a full chair replacement or replacement feet. However, these solutions were declined. We also note that the remaining five chairs were still in their original packaging and had not been opened, so we’re unable to confirm any issues with those items.

In our experience, similar concerns are often resolved quickly by replacing the feet, and we have successfully provided this solution to many customers in the past.

We would also like to clarify that we arranged a collection and issued a full refund for the entire order. The process was handled smoothly, and the full refund was successfully processed by our support team. Therefore, we have provided a timely and appropriate resolution to the issue.

We remain committed to helping and would still be happy to assist further if you’d like to revisit one of the solutions offered.

Loved my console table. Labelled as white but they advised me to open the packages and they were all black which is what I ordered.
Delivery great, kept up to date with times.

Absolutely terrible I would never buy…

Absolutely terrible I would never buy from them again. Ordered a sideboard which came with a damaged top and a door missing. After useless back and forward with their Customer services team they finally realized that sideboard is out of stock and being discontinued. Twice they offered me 80 pounds back in a 400 pound sideboard which has a door missing and is damaged. The return was also not an easy process. We had to take the sideboard down again my husband had already spend hours building and they demanded all sorts of different pictures and how to pack it just awful. They then took ages to collect it too and my refund well who knows when that will arrive. Purchase now a ready build sideboard from another company. Would not use them again Also please don’t believe their response to me they offered a 80 pound refund not as a good will but for me to keep the goods with a missing door and a damaged top. What am I going to do with a missing door. They put their response as if they offered me 80 pounds on top of my 400 pounds refund this is not the case. I guess they need to defend themselves and make up stories

After carefully evaluating your order, we can confirm that our support team initially agreed to provide replacement parts and forwarded the request to our warehouse. However, it was later identified that the item was out of stock and has since been discontinued, making it impossible for us to supply the required parts.

As a result, we arranged a collection of the item for a full refund. We also offered a discount as a goodwill gesture, which was declined.

While we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance, we would like to assure you that we made every effort to resolve the issue. We take pride in supporting our customers and have been doing so since 2007, with the majority of our customers being satisfied with our products, delivery service, and after-sales support.

We would like to clarify that the consignment was scheduled for collection on 10-04-2026, and the courier collected the item on 16-04-2026. Therefore, the item was indeed collected within a reasonable timeframe and did not take an excessive amount of time.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

An Absolute waste of time

Absolutely a waste of time, we ordered 3 tables for a well known company in central London with a post room that accepts goods on another street at the back of the building. We bought it with a company credit cards and the address on the card doesn't obviously matches the delivery address like most companies with massive buildings. They wanted a proof of address which has been sent and they didn't even bother to get in touch again to say they didn't accept a bank statement which they have requested. Extremely disappointed

To assist further, we also offered the option to complete the purchase via bank transfer, which avoids such verification issues.
