Leasing a car was easier than online, as it was more personal, also Rachel made it very light hearted process
The salesman was not pushy but he went to great lengths to provide any information we required and was well informed on all aspects of the car we were purchasing.
Very good service from professional staff, based on a car make (KIA) which has clearly thought through almost every aspect of what you would want from such a car model (XCEED).
Callum was really helpful and supportive when I was choosing a car after a time of not driving. Listened to my needs, answered my questions and responded quickly with help/advice during and post purchase.
The staff at Furrows of Oswestry, in particular Calum were very good because they listened to my requests and gave excellent options and advice.
Failed to collect car twice for recall, due to alleged system error, and then wrong address on your systems part, leaving me wasting 2 mornings waiting for collection.
Terrible customer service, poor communication and rude staff who show no empathy.
Your lack of apology, and lack of gesture of good will after wasting 2 mornings waiting for you to pick up the car, is poor on your part.
Avoid at all costs, would never recommend.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Thanks to Wayne for putting Matt on the case to look after me . Nothing too much trouble Matt let me know when the van was available to test drive . Then talked me through the details. The ford courier is great and would highly recommend Matt in the future.

Phil the salesman was straight forward and explained everything simply.
My experience of Furrows of Oswestry is excellent. I have purchased many new ford vehicles from them before and have never experienced any problems or issues. From the whole process from purchasing my new Ford Puma Gen-E was seamless, and the saleman Calum who I dealt with is a very experienced and professional salesman.
The way all basis of purchase were handled.

Phil was great throughout. Excellent communication and video walk around that put me at ease buying a vehicle remotely.
Handover was smooth and was even picked up from the train station.

I helped a friend of mine buy a Ford Puma from Furrows Telford after recommending them due to my previous positive experience. I went back to the same salesperson, David Holt, and we again had a hassle free, pressure free, honest experience. No pushy sales pitch. The car was in great condition apart from one small scuff that David rectified before my friend collected. He even took the time and trouble to help her with a private reg transfer. Can't recommend David and Furrows more highly.
