Love Fushi - amazing products and customer care

Fushi products are amazing, I have used many of their hair and skin products now and my skin feels amazing.

Hair oil and shampoo & conditioner have been fantastic for hair regrowth from cancer treatment, hair is growing thick and fast and feels great. Castor Go and Cherry Lip Oil are always in my bag.

I've just had to contact customer service as I made a mistake on my order, I got a reply straight away with the most beautiful message. Thank you so much Greeshma.

Unethical practices.

Unethical practices.

They won't inform you if one item in your large order is out of stock (all showing as in stock on website). Terms say they aim to ship in 1-3 days.

Nearly 2 weeks later, nothing has shipped so forced to contact them. Promise will ship next day, 3 days pass, nothing shipped.

Contact again to cancel as been 2 weeks since order placed, 10 working days. No contact, no shipment.

I love Fushi products

I love Fushi products. I use the Jojoba oil to cleanse, the facial radiance oil in the day, vitamin E oil at night and I take a spoonful of the evening primrose oil every day for hormones and they are all fantastic. The customer service is always incredible and they are also very knowledgeable on products.

Item didn’t arrive and Royal Mail sent…

Item didn’t arrive and Royal Mail sent me no updates after attempting delivery unsuccessfully.
Messaged Fushi via email and reply was prompt, helpful and supportive.
I like companies who take a customers needs seriously even though it was a very good deal at a low cost to begin with.
Will have no hesitation to order from Fushi again 🫡

I bought 2 bottles of Castor oil from…

I bought 2 bottles of Castor oil from Fushi and was very surprised as it arrived today (Friday) and I only ordered it on Wednesday. I did pay 1st class but still did not expect it today so well done Fushi. I got 2 bottles for a fantastic price and its organic. I will be coming back for the cherry lip oil. Thank you!

Why should you avoid buying from Fushi?

Why should you avoid buying from this company?

I absolutely needed a Castor Oil suitable for food use. So I contacted this company and they confirmed via email that theirs was “food grade and passes through rigorous quality process to ensure the highest standards”. So, I bought (through Amazon Germany) 3 bottles of Castor Oil, and 2 of them arrived with the security seal clearly “pierced.”

The company claims first that “all of our products leave us sealed and in perfect condition, so please be assured that the contents are safe to use”. And continues with this argument: “the seals on our products sometimes break during shipping due to changes in pressure or movement of the packaging.” Big lie and in NO way possible. In my case, there are clear signs of intentional puncturing that have nothing to do with shipping. It is clear to me that this company has to be avoided since they are lying to the customers.

I'm sure that the bottles were originally punctured elsewhere due to: lack of quality control, worse yet, another dissatisfied customer returned them, and they decided to repackage them carefully to make a good profit?

Furthermore, castor oil per se has no chemical or physical properties that could cause such punctures.

I am deeply disappointed. I won't be able to use these 2 bottles and I won't receive any compensation. I lost my money.

Who in their right mind would use a food grade oil in that condition? Only a lunatic would dare to do such a thing!!! So I lost my money buying a used product from a company that clearly is lying to their customers!

We want to address your concerns as openly and honestly as we can. When we explained the possible reasons for the seal damage, we were genuinely trying to help and not dismiss your concern. We use a non-plastic, biodegradable adhesive for our seals as a more eco-friendly choice. On rare occasions, if there is a trace of oil on the bottle neck during production, the seal may not adhere fully and come of with the lids when you open. This is not a sign of tampering and we apologise if our explanation did not come across that way.
As your order was placed through Amazon Germany, we directed you to their customer service team as the responsible party for that transaction, and we are glad you were able to receive a refund.
We would never knowingly dispatch damaged or previously returned products and please note that we have a strict QC process in place at every stage. As a company that has been operating for 16 years with a strong commitment to quality and ethics, the suggestion of deliberate malpractice is something we find very difficult to accept. We hope this explains the situation better.

Excellent customer service highly recommend, placed an order for the organic castor oil along with the eye cream I changed my mind on the eye cream before my order was dispatched, I sent a quick email with my reference number requesting to remove the eye cream quick response was done right away and a full refund was issued, I also love the products from here genuine organic oils that I just love

Synthetic HPMC capsules cause wheezing and severe bloating

Fushi claims to be pure and natural but they wrapped their supplements in hydroxypropyl methylcellose (HPMC) this is a semi synthetic polymer derive on wood pool that turns into thick sticky plastic light gel in the gut after using several bottles of suffered persistent respiratory wheezing intense a abdominal bloating. My body is correctly rejecting the synthetic delivery method. It is a total contradiction to sell organic herbs inside an industrial grade synthetic shell that causes physical distress. I’ve stopped all sushi capsules immediately if you have sensitive system avoid these HPMC shells they are an unnecessary irritant.

Our HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsules are plant-derived, sourced from pine wood pulp originating in South Korea, and are certified by our organic certification body following a full compliance review. HPMC is widely used across food supplements and pharmaceutical products and is approved as safe by both UK and EU regulatory authorities. It is not considered a synthetic material as it is a naturally derived cellulose compound, which is precisely why it is accepted under organic certification standards.
We completely understand that the way your body responded felt very real and we would never dismiss that. However, the symptoms you describe, including respiratory wheezing and intense abdominal bloating, are not reactions that are typically associated with HPMC in clinical literature. We would always encourage you to speak with your GP or a healthcare professional if you are experiencing persistent symptoms, as there may be another underlying cause that deserves proper attention and care.

I absolutely adore Fushi

I absolutely adore Fushi! Big fan of all the things I have bought and have on subscription. Love that they are all natural and they work.
Menopause is finally calm after taking Fushi Menoharmony. Cherry lip oil served me well while in hospital, no dry lips! Castor oil is amazing. I have most of their gorgeous oils and will keep buying till I have them all! Highly recommended beautiful products. Amazing company and staff. Thank you Fushi!!

The Kansa wand is amazing

The Kansa wand is amazing , I get a lot of tension in my neck that causes horrible headaches. this has helped me so much I use a little black seed oil an it just slides all over my neck iv gotten rid of 3 headaches so far in under ten mins

Great products

Great products, lovely organic aloe vera juice. The best I have ever found! :)The three star review is because the whole experience is let down by using Royal Mail to deliver. So many companies are going over to couriers because they are so much more efficient. They provide live delivery feeds and status updates. Seriously, Royal Mail do not deserve our support. They are inefficient and unreliable.
