It was an easy experience to order a replacement cover for my futon and I was informed promptly when it was in store for me to pick up.

Good instructions for assembly of wood frame. Strong hand needed for screwdriver. The buttons on the futon are a bit loose. (One has come off already).

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.

I really like the designs as a bit different to what's available in typical bed outlets. I would have given it a 5star review however I took one star off as I was misled to think it was hand made in England. When my bed arrived it was obvious it was made in China. I was disappointed and rechecked the website only to find out that only the mattresses were handmade in UK. Please make more stuff locally

I’m very pleased with our two seater sofa bed. We have found the futon a bit hard,even though we had the relaxed version,and are considering getting some kind of topper for it when it is used as a bed
