I have purchased from Gala Motors a number of times now, and have always had a positive experience in terms of the customer service, and all of the items have worked just as you would expect them too.

On Sunday 20/7/25, I ordered rear light cluster for my Kuga at a very reasonable price.
On Monday i received a phone call from Gala to check i had ordered the correct one.
Tuesday the order was delivered, i fitted it and it was perfect and worked perfect.

Dealt with George and Darren about separate engines and opted to go for Darren’s engine. From start to finish Darren at Gala Motors was always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Whilst going through the purchase of my Focus engine the transaction and communication was perfect. Due to a delivery problem which was no fault of their own I wanted to voice a complaint, both George and Darren went above and beyond to rectify as much as they could at their end.
