The man who served me was very helpful, he stopped me picking a controller that wasn’t in stock and then told me what they did have. He explained the cover I bought with it to and how it would benefit... Voir plus

Good service

I needed a new monitor. I found the website was easy to use and found my product straight away. On ordering I was offered different pay methods and deliveries. Everything went very smooth and arrived the next day very well packaged.

MetaQuest3

Hi. I purchased a MetaQuest 3 VR headset from Game Blackpool. On return the Manager confirmed it was defective and then when processing the return he suggested in front of everyone in the store that I had committed fraud because the number on the headset was different from the number on the box. Waiting a long time and then after that he asked an online Game chat group and they told him the numbers are different.

Guy in the Blackpool store said give…

Guy in the Blackpool store said give him a review so here iam,
He signed me up to game elite with my redemption code on the receipt after buying a big amount of tcg stock and he said I should sign up to get 10% back so I did, I had trouble signing up so I went back in store a week later the same guy was present and he said I need to type my banking details to complete sign-up and I thought that's standard but what I didn't know is that he just threw away my receipt with the redemption code and directed me to actually get billed todaywithout my consent basically as I thought he had used my redemption code, anyway I'm on my account and none of the product I have bought has shown up and also I have been charged twice for a service that didn't actually give me more than a £1 in points even though I've spent £200 in the last couple weeks! I will be complaining everywhere until it's resolved as I feel like I've been scammed and purposely charged twice so he gets two seperate sign ups for the program! Very bad experience
