my controller had stick drift and i remembered purchasing their extra cover with the controller the customer service team specifically Nathan helped find the proof of purchase and the staff member in my local branch helped replace the controller even though the circumstances were very complicated given it was purchased in 2023 but they went above and beyond to find my receipt where i had lost it i have never known a customer service team to help to the extent they have, most just turn you away and don’t bother to help track the receipt through their system no complaints from me, thank you!

Since game stop the elite membership. Replace it with this new website you have completed gone down hill. 2 major game titles, space marines 2 and silent Hill which was preordered with you. You can’t get the game to the fans on release day. 6 days after release date 14th October. Game came out 8th. Absolutely disgusting. Company will go bust next year.

Excellent customer service and very helpful

Avoid this place. The staff and management in this store are rude. I received very poor customer service trying to trade some games there. Go to CEX they are much better
Update: I followed the game complaint process mentioned below and had a very unsatisfactory response so cancelled my Elite membership and will be taking my business to CEX going forward. Shame used to be a great store…

Helpful staff but lack of deals compared to online is a joke. Should be the same offers instore as online.

Amazing service and suggestions on what games are good to play

Brilliant customer service the young man that served us could not have been more helpful.

2 Things 1.Got a mouse g502x felt like a £10 mouse returned it next day no refund because it was not broken or factory seal . I feel scammed out of £60 I will not be shopping at game again . 2. bring back the old game the new game in town is small and don't have much of anything mostly old games . If you want something go to cex there store is big and the staff are nice and helpful. I just dont get it its a mouse you have to feel it to like it touched it once put it back in the box and that was it.

I can’t remember the guys name but I had a broken headset and really helped me with everything, went above and beyond.

I've ordered the collected edition of the tears of the Kingdom and got it on the date of release. It could be better if there's a text/email reminder from the Game.
