I recently I wanted to return an item for a cash refund, only to be told that I could only have a store credit note, I think this is both a bad policy and unfair. come on game play the game

The Game, satisfaction.
The presentation of the shop. As I walked into the store. I easily identified the area of the shop which interested myself the most.
I could easily see offers, some already activate. Other offers, which would be active next few days.
Great customer service, friendly, polite and yes, you can have a laugh with the staff. I felt more relaxed, not pressured. Even to the point, I came back and brought a PS5 the same day. I had no intention of making a large purchase though. Staff gave good advice, with good knowledge of games, and genre's. My whole experience, a very happy and comfortable one.
Being polite and courteous, towards staff. Really helps breaking the ice, even, ask staff for their honest take on games.
Adding this: If you don't know, ask about Game Elite reward!
