Easy to find my product. A great deal on items bought together. Fast delivery. Packaged well.
Member of staff was very helpfull I couldn’t remember the name of the game but staff found it and had one new copy left so good to be able to go in and get games I would rather go in and collect game... Voir plus

Terrible service, staff were rude and didn't bother telling me about any of the processes of selling my xbox which led to me losing more money. Not helpful at all, definitely wont be coming back without proper compensation for my experience.

Member of staff was very helpfull I couldn’t remember the name of the game but staff found it and had one new copy left so good to be able to go in and get games I would rather go in and collect game than pay for delivery but don’t charge a delivery to store charge as that’s annoying please remove that charge

I placed an order for a ps4 pro with…
I placed an order for a ps4 pro with game because it said my local store had one. So I place the order and I've got to wait 4 days before it's shipped to that store! What is the point in telling me my local store has one if you ship to a store from a central location. Absolutely pointless! I want a refund and I will buy from CeX where they offer 24 months warranty and I can collect today from my local store.
