Scam

I ordered a xbox. Really kicking myself now as paid on a pre paid master card and will take a long process to see if i can get my money back.

Saved all year for this and now i am extremely upset and mad with myself. How can people do this to hard working people who save all year for kids to have what they want at xmas.

Same for me, ordered Xbox1, paid 169.99 and nothing. No phone number, no response to email. Reported to my bank now waiting for a reply

Bad, don't order anything from this site. They had a Xbox one console with 2 controllers for £169.99 I ordered this and have not received anything from them tried calling phone number is not active. No response to emails had to report to fraud and hope I get a refund.

Scam. How is is website still scamming. Needs to be closed down. Action fraud doing nothing as usual

Please don't buy anything from this company, it is a con. Bough xbox one s and nothing. Credit card company on to them.

Just been scammed by this company for an x box one for daughter Christmas present. Only realised when hukd told me the scam is all over the internet!! Tried phoning and got a dead tone. Tried phoning the travel company the payment was made to oddly! Emails bounced back so phoned my bank as payment still pending but they said they can’t stop it and to phone them back after 15 days to dispute as I’ve not been given a delivery date. Not happy.

Watch out for gameskey.co.uk. Total scam - ordered Xbox one x following Google Shopping and it is not happening. Got order confirmation and shipping notifications on 12th Nov - tried contacting them to no avail. Don’t buy from them!!!!!!!!! The website even comes up as secure. Very convincing - my payment has bought someone a holiday somewhere according to the bank.

Yep, had that sinking feeling just after ordering, then saw this site. Contacted bank, they will refund once money it's gone from my account, then dispute it with company.

I purchased an X Box 1s on 12 November and thought the payment site looked a bit dodgie but having bought from gameskey before with great customer service I didn't think too much of it. Turns out my original purchase was from gameskey.nl. it is a scam. They aren't contactable by phone and not responding to my emails. I have gone to my bank and I'm about to go to action fraud also. Let's hope I get my money back.

This is clearly a scam site, no contact details, or number. All links go to pop ups or generic sites e.g Facebook but no page as such. Always check sites out on trust pilot etc before buying. Look for accountability, e.g company reg/address/contact numbers. These people will take your money and you will get nothing. So sorry for people caught out by these thieves but you must check legitimacy out before giving people your money, especially if the deal look too good to be true!!!

Saw an XBox bundle that looked a really good deal. Not heard of Games key so decided to check then out. Glad I did as it turns out they are scammers. Sorry about everyone on here who had been ripped off by these thieves but thank you for your reviews as it's saved people like me from being caught out. 👏

I too ordered an Xbox one s for my son. Other than conformation email I have had nothing. I have tried emailing but get nothing back. Phone number is 'under mantience'
Friend too ordered the same, got as far as a shipment confirmation then no more.

On 12th Nov I ordered an Xbox one S for my son for £169.99. I received an email confirmation followed by an email from madagascartravel for my payment. To date I have not received my item & had no response to my email chasing it up. I too have been scammed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I too have been scammed by gameskey, on the 6th November i bought and paid £169.99 for an Xbox one, payment was made to northpole.clothing?? No delivery date or tracking facility, no reply from either of them on the many emails I sent them, just filled out an online form via the bank, I hope I get this resolved and money back so I can actually buy my daughter an Xbox for Xmas.

I ordered an xbox one x but haven't been told when it's going to be delivered , contacted the enail address that they provide and the phone number but no answer. Don't by from them , judging from all of the other reviews I've been scammed

Ordered an Xbox one s for my two sons Christmas on the 13/11/18 not got an email saying it’s been despatched.
Been to my bank to dispute the matter however been told I have to wait 30 days before they can investigate. I raised concerns when it came up as madagacartravel which is a sporting shop according to my bank.

Do NOT order anything from this site! You will not receive the goods. Ordered an x box one on the 5th November, had an email to say the order was being processed. No further communication despite trying to contact them. Also the phone number on the website does not exist! I should have read the reviews other people had left before I ordered!

Unfortunately it seems I too have been scammed by this awful people....orders aps4 yesterday for my son, his money too partily. Now have try to money back via credit card company....What gets me is the second email with receipt from a outdoor activities equipment company seems real but on one answers from it either... 😡😡😡😡😞😞😞😞😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😡

I purchased a xbox on with two controls for my daughter who has Asd and my other daughter . These scum bags took £169.99 off me sent me how emails one for gameskey and one from madagascartravel.store which I never even heard of . I called my bank and I have to wait 15days before I can do anything . The number don't work ... no-one emails you back . Then who ever this person is too my money out in Stockport upon Trent and the back still says I have to wait . Don't even know if I'll get my money back . How can someone take money off a person with a disabled child . She wanted this for Xmas .

I have purchased Xbox one s for my son birthday on 14/11/18 got email but the Xbox didn't arrived. I have send several emails I got no response I have contacted my bank and have to wait to dispute that issue but in December. My son is devastated. Hope to have my money back.
