After my springs broke I got a quote for over 400$ for a garage door repair company to replace my torsion springs. I couldn't afford that at the time so I went looking for other options. I got the exact same springs that the local company was going to provide delivered with cables and winding bars for a little over 150$. Took me an hour to install so saved me over 200$.

Fast shipping and decent pricing on the specialty springs I was looking for, everything arrived as expected the same week of order.

I had my garage door replaced and wanted to upgrade the torsion springs to match the new weight of the door so I called garage door nation. Very helpful and made sure that I got the correct IPPT value and knew how many winds. I also ordered the kit with cables and bearing plates, saved me a ton of money.

I spoke with Jonathan and he walked me through the process of finding the size of my springs and converting from a one torsion spring system to a two. Parts came in 3 days and everything worked great. No complaints here thanks!

Bought springs and entire package of supplies to install the springs and other parts . The springs were not the correct size to lift the door and now no one answers calls or emails . They have blocked my number! This is a real scam company! Stay away!!

Do not order! Wrong parts received, no return of phone calls or emails. Am working through credit card company to get my money back.

I spoke with Garage Door Nation people. Tom was great and very very helpful and extremely knowledgeable Dustin was fantastic. I placed my order Monday Aug 5. Got email that afternoon/evening that my order was shipped. Tracking said it would be delivered by end of day Tuesday August 6. I was doubtful but hey that would be great. Tuesday afternoon 4:30 my order was delivered. Wednesday August 7 I have a thirty five year old garage door that sounds like and travels like it was brand new. Thank you Garage Door Nation for a purchase experience that I have not had for 30 to 40 years. I'm just s month sc hu of 72 and your videos, your employees and your product made my first time ever rehabbing a garage door a snap. Replaced two springs, two bearing brackets with new bearings, the center bearing, two cables and ten new nylon rollers.
Thanks Garage Door Nation. You saved me a bundle of money and gave me a great experience doing the job myself.

Called to order springs to let them advise me on the correct ones. Recieved wrong springs and now they wont answer my calls, return my messages or return my emails.

Recommend to stay away from these crooks. shame on you scumbags...

I decided to buy my spring from here in spite of the fact that they were about 50% more expensive than other sites. I thought they were a company that operated with integrity but I was wrong. They did not send my full order and won't answer the phone nor return emails. In other words they are thieves. They stole my money.

I placed an order on garagedoornation.com at 9:30PM Nov. 19, 2018 for a torsion spring kit. The next morning I changed my mind and decided to have a local company fix the door. So I called Garage Door Nation and talked to Johnny, explained that I wanted to cancel the order and asked him to do so. He agreed to cancel it and said I should receive the credit in a few days. I then found a local company who came out that afternoon and fixed the door.
The next morning I got an email from Garage Door Nation that the order had been shipped. I immediately called and talked to Johnny again and asked him why they had shipped the order after he had agreed to cancel it. He wouldn't let me talk and then abruptly told me he had other customers waiting and hung up. Obviously I am not a happy customer.
By the way, the local company charged me a total of $259 installed with extra long life springs. I paid $179 for the spring kit from Garage Door Nation, so it would have only saved $80 for me to do the work myself, not hundreds like they claim.

If you are looking with your garage door to be fixed don't go to Garage Door Nation they are very hard to contact and besides if they got mistake with your order there's no way that they will replace it. Stay out with this company.

Great deal on garage door springs :) I Ordered them and had them in 2 days, It was easy to install because they gave me the Winding bars... I recommend ordering rollers as well.

The were very helpful making sure I bought the correct spring but, just as DMarley said, once you place the order to buy the product there is no way to contact customer service. I had a duplicate order which they cancelled but never refunded my PayPal account. Since December 5th ... 24 days ago ... I submitted the web-form 4 times, emailed them 8 times, called their pre-sales number (where the person that answered said he would have his manager contact support) but still have not heard back. I've turned the issue over to PayPal. Unfortunately, you can't give anyone negative 100 stars.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I did some research over the weekend and found that I could buy a replacement spring on Amazon and get new cables, side brackets and winding bars but, even as a Prime member, delivery of the spring was estimated at one to two weeks out! I exchanged a couple of emails with Garage Door Nation as I wanted info on converting my single spring door to a two spring system. The response was fast and friendly even getting the info I needed on a Sunday! I confirmed the order on Monday and had all the parts in the repair kit at my door on Wednesday. I had the new springs installed and garage door working again that afternoon. Goes without saying, I was very pleased with how quickly and simply I had that garage door up and running thanks to GDN. I highly recommend their service and will, without question, use them again should the second door on my garage bust a spring.

Saved $$ thanks to GarageDoorNation and I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. I have changed more than a few garage door torsion springs in my lifetime, so I know the difference in quality. You certainly get what you pay for! And with Garage Door Nation, I can say with 100% trust that these are the highest quality parts on the web. Anyone leaving a bad review must be a competitor. I even returned the ones from Amazon as I found out they were illegally using GarageDoorNation's name and were bad parts. My tip is to make sure you are ordering from garagedoornation's official website only.

These kits and your videos are the bomb! Saved me a half grand. If everyone knew about you and how easy it is to do, these overpriced overhead door repair people would either charge honestly or go out of business.

I only received part of my order, and all attempts to contact them (via email and finally out of desperation via their Facebook page) yielded no response (a canned auto-response email with "FAQs" does not count as a response). So they basically ripped me off. Note they do NOT have a phone number for contacting them anywhere on their website or their Facebook page, nor did the one email I received from a real person there (before I placed my order) contain a phone number.

I was annoyed with their cheesey attempts to upsell at every opportunity - and had I noticed that they don't publish a phone number on their website, I never would have placed an order with these crooks.

As for all the 5-star reviews, I can only guess that those people didn't have any issues with their order and didn't have to deal directly with this shady company. Sure they have a couple of helpful videos out on Youtube, but there are tons of videos watch, including many put out by legitimate honest people.

So do your homework - like I didn't in this case - or better yet save yourself the hassle and avoid Garage Door Nation.

BUYER BEWARE: The web site is not sufficient to order correct springs and the inferior springs I received looked just like the two I needed to replace, but didn’t work (at any number on windings).

BE WARNED: Their no-refund policy applies even when they select the springs you need based on correct measurements, and then their springs don't work.

The company could have stood behind their product and web-site, and offer to provide at least a partial credit, but instead they chose to say no. $125 out the window and then they tried to scam me for more by offering a discount on another set. Yeah, right!

It appears they will just continue to create unhappy customers unnecessarily until their reputation gets catches up with them.
