i ordered 1 gate and 12 panels some of which were required to be cut to specific sizes to fit between my current concrete posts everyone was delivered cut to sizes correct and brought into my garden and the customer service was outstanding the delivery guy was great to
i did speak to claire at welch fencing she was brillant special thanks to her

I ordered concrete posts and gravel boards from Welch at a very competitive price. After realising I had made a mistake in the length of posts they changed it with no qualms, the delivery was on time as well .I would recommend this firm to everyone,

This firm were a delight to deal with. They stocked a fence panel that I had been unable to source locally and included non-local delivery The phone was answered promptly and my questions were answered accurately. The delivery slot was within a week of my order and was confirmed the same day as the order. The driver arrived on time with the correct items and was both professional and very helpful. The delivery cost was obviously expensive for a single fence panel but I was just glad to get what I needed! It would have been very reasonable if I had been ordering more.

Placed and order and was emailed the following morning with a delivery date only 2 days after placing it. A lot quicker than what is stated on website.
Delivery driver was friendly and worked to place delivery where I wanted it to be quickly and professionally.

The panels and concrete posts seem very robust and the cost was 60% including delivery of buying the same from Wickes which is 1 mile from my address

Having trawled around locally to find double sided panels to no avail I located this company on the internet.
After pricing up what it was I needed I was given a total cost which included delivery. Placed the order and rang them directly to double check if I needed to be at home on the day of delivery and the lady said I didn't. Delivery day rolls around despite them being an hour away the lorry turned up just after 7am. The delivery driver was very pleasant and polite. Very pleased with the products and I will be finishing the rest of my garden with them.

Fantastic service from start to finish for new fence panels ordered. Very competitive prices, good quality, quick delivery and reasonable delivery fees. Absolutely impressed with Welch Fencing. I needed concrete posts for a new fence and these were the only company where I could get all the same size that I needed. Ordered them on the 19th July, a lovely guy called me on the 20th July to arrange delivery and we agreed on the 25th July. They have actually been delivered this morning (22nd July). Now that's what I call customer service!!! And the fact that I live in Northamptonshire and they are in Preston? No problems. I will certainly tell everyone I know if they need panels or posts to give these guys first port of call. Well stocked, good price and reasonable delivery fee too. Big big thumbs up from one very happy lady :)

Just had my delivery good price on fence panels and concrete posts arrived on date . Very happy with quality. Seems like a lot of people complain needlessly all companies have problems in these times and areas they travel miles and miles so there will be glitches 5 star ⭐️ great service
