Great price and excellent free delivery

Sent me the wrong product - ordered a polarbox and the image on the website shows a lilac box with yellow writing and a matching yellow strap. Arrived with yellow writing and an awful brown strap. Tried to email customer services but you have to upload pictures, and when I upload a basic photo from my very normal Iphone, it says the picture is too large. So all in all, rubbish experience and now I’ll have to waste my time phoning them to try to return the incorrect product they’ve sent me. Avoid.

Arrived exactly as advised at point of ordering. Item was assembled with ease and everything was there and the chickens love it.

Edited following the review above as I attempted to talk to their customer services as the water feature supplied to me had developed a fault. It turned out that I was speaking to someone in Durban, SA, who was unable to give me any advice beyond forwarding me an email requesting details. I have no idea if or when I will receive a response.
In the process of this, I have learnt that the Gardencentre is actually Rymans / Robert Dyas. I naively thought I was dealing with a specialist gardens supplier and so now feel a bit had

Do not use this company! They do not own stock and cannot deliver on items ordered! My order didn’t turn up they emailed to apologise and said they were chasing, 4 days later they said item brought had sold out and I would receive a refund in 5 days!

We were worried with the heatwave ... In what shape the plant would arrive. The courrier company kept us posted at every step.

Lavender plugs arrived ,some were dead and a good many more were dying,they were also very dry .I was very disappointed with my purchase, and I went on website to complain but unfortunately they could not upload my photos. So I will definitely not buy from this company again.Avoid

The solar water feature arrived before the expected date and is perfect BUT, I’m a bit disappointed because, as the sun doesn’t charge the panel sufficiently enough for bubbling water during the day and the LED lights to come on at night, it’s ‘either or’. I have to turn the pump off during the day to charge the panel for the lights to come on at night! An option is to buy a charger and take the panel inside, to charge at a mains outlet overnight!!

I ordered a garden table & chairs and within a few days it had all been delivered. The price of the table/ chairs was great and a lot cheaper than other suppliers. We love the set we ordered. It is lovely quality. I rang to check the delivery date & got through straight away. The guy was helpful and I received an email confirming everything. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful & on time. I would not hesitate in using this company again. Thank you!

Ordered a camping table was the cheapest we could find delivery was on time as well so no complaints
