Looked up reviews on this site before buying and they were very positive. Glad to say my review is positive too. Good price, tracked delivery on time. The dahlia tubers were nice and plump and bigger than I expected. So very pleased will use again.

My order was well priced and lovely. I was a bit disappointed as one of my packages came all bashed but the lantern was plastic so thankfully not broken. But, I think the delivery service is to blame not the Garden centre.

First time I ordered from them and the item came damaged and not working due to inadequate packaging. I have just looked at other reviews and the same comment has been made. Why hasn’t this been addressed?? I’ve given 1 star as they were very quick to refund, but I would rather have had a perfect working product!

I ordered Secateurs, they are exactly what I was looking for, I have no problem with Garden centre, I have a major problem with the courier (DPD),

I was offered a safe place for the parcel to be delivered if no one was home to receive the parcel, this is my rear garden through a side gate, the parcel arrived at the time I was informed it would do, but, the DPD driver didn't try ringing the door bell, he just threw the parcel over the side gate (at least six foot tall), my wife and I witnessed the parcel fly over the gate and land with a bang, I confronted the driver he informed me the gate was locked! Again, he didn't even try to open it, the gate was unlocked which I showed him, the driver didn't even apologise, he walked back to his vehicle exclaiming a derogatory phrase at my self and my wife then drove past smiling and waving,

I have no problem with the Garden centre, just the total unprofessional conduct and rudeness of the DPD driver, as a result I feel I cannot order anything else from the Garden centre.

Keter 8x6 plastic shed was delivered well before the due date, put up today and it looks great. Instructions were easy to follow, no parts missing and no damages. Would totally recommend.

Good quality item at a great price, very competitive prices, fast despatch, delivery was quick although Yodel were a couple of days late with their estimation.
