I have ordered multiple times through Gator--both packaging for our in-house retail brand as well as for my white label clients that I've designed for. Every time, our sales representative Frank has been wonderful to work with. He responds promptly, makes sure that they are offering the most competitive pricing possible to us, quickly facilitating any changes needed on the design side, and fixing any issues that arise with the production side or the final product. All the boxes that we've received have been high quality and we have been pleased with how each project has turned out, and we will continue to use them for future orders.

As mentioned in our previous review, we said that we'd be working with Gator Packaging on our other products, and once again we are over-the-roof-moon-solarsystem happy that we did!

Very good service and great pricing. They were able to turn around my order with very short notice. I was pleased with their company.

Frank was super helpful and communicative getting our custom window cake box order to print. He even worked with us to provide advance samples for approval (had to be paid for, but cost was folded into final production run). The turnaround time one approved was under 2 weeks, and the quality of materials and printing was excellent.

Quick service and always available to answer questions, Mike Wilson was very helpful.. Because of him GP is getting more of our business.
