Thank you for your quick reply to our review of the attitude received on our visit to your company. Your 'understanding' of what happened is wrong, and I suspect gained from your employee's 'version' of events!
I made it clear that all we needed was to compare your 'firm' foam with the foam we brought along...
At NO point did we ask for a product to be produced 'while we wait'...If the lady in question said we did, she's lying! In fact I said I'll order online.
Also regarding your statement that "we no longer handle customers' existing cushions or covers due to the risk of damage or loss" I can fully appreciate that, but all I asked was, she felt the firmness of our sample...at no time did I ask for her to do anything else with it.
You also state "we do aim to make every visitor feel welcome and to provide helpful advice"...If this is the case my I suggest you make use of a 'Mystery Shopper' service to visit your office and re-enact my visit...That's the only way you will get a true picture of how some people are treated by said member of staff, who couldn't have been less helpful or engaging if she tried.

Well, where to start. As you can visit the company in person, my wife & I decided it would be safer to visit with the foam we need replacing (need firmer foam). To compare the types on offer and get measurements correct! So far so good, until we met the young lady in the office...No "good morning, my names ??? how can I help" in fact we both felt like we where an inconvenience, the only information we got was if we asked specific questions (with the knowledge we have), no additional advice, she did keep repeating the mantra "you can order online" dispite our two hour round trip. Yes I KNOW you can order online, I also know you can visit! When I asked her to feel how soft our current foam is, she put her hands up and stated "We are not allowed to touch it"...quit bizare. Having spent our entire working lives (90 years total) in Customer/Client facing roles I would have never got away with such attitude!
I can only assume she had something or somewhere else to be or be doing other then serving a customer.
We will not be ordering and as its 'only' two seat forms we need, I can't imaging the Company Director will loose sleep, but then again what if we needed 1000's, she would never have known...and in business that should be the FIRST question she asked.
Very disappointing and a waste of our time.

Avoid this company. I ordered five foam pieces before 11am to get next‑day delivery. Instead, I got a DPD tracking number for a parcel delivered half a year ago. When I phoned GB Foam Direct, they didn’t even take my order number before confidently blaming DPD. That tells you everything.

Day four, one box arrived with only three pieces. They told me it was sent in two shipments. On day five, the second box arrived with just one piece inside. Their phone lines were closed for the weekend and the voicemail was full, so I couldn’t even report the missing item.

I spent over £200 expecting “fast delivery” and ended up with delays, missing items, and excuses. I needed this for a camper trip and now I’m going away without the full order and I’ll have to chase them while I’m away because of their incompetence and because they can't count to 5.

If you value honesty, reliability, or basic counting skills, look elsewhere.

Very happy with my replacement sofa cushions, the team contacted me when they suspected I had ordered the wrong shape based on the measurements I had provided and they recommended the custom shape. The cushions are a perfect fit despite me messing up the order and initial measurements, and once I had sent the custom drawing to them the order was processed and delivered extremely quickly. The cushions are very comfortable and have given new life to our sofa!

Sophia was excellent the way she handled my initial enquiry.
Great help and advice, took time to ensure my foam was cut, shaped and measured up correctly.
Gave me advice on the specific foam I needed to order for the replacement foam I required,
The whole experience was professional, especially Sophia who dealt with my emails very efficiently.

Bought these to replace my sagging cushions and give my sofa a second life. The whole process was so simple I just followed the measuring guide and ordered. They arrived the next day, fit the covers like a glove, and feel amazing to sit on. I’ll definitely be placing another order for my other sofa soon. Talked to GBForm about two new sofas we bought the cushions were terrible the manufacturer told us we need some different ones at an extra cost we ordered them and again absolutely rubbish,I then talked to GB foam who recommended firm Hi density form wrapped we measured and ordered these we could not believe it they arrived the next day they are wonderful cushions 1st class service I would recommend this company to anyone service how it used to be MANY THANKS GB FORM one happy customer.

I ordered cushions on Friday evening 6th March for my sofa. Measured with care as instructed but was still a bit worried in case it was wrong. I spoke to Sophia on the Monday morning who suggested that I send photos and she would then give it to the team. If they felt there would be problems she would get back to me. We had arranged for a delivery today Wednesday 11th March with DPD. I thought this may be put back due to my concerns but my cushions arrived within the allotted time. Cushion covers on fitting perfectly and the sofa so much more comfortable. Sophia was very kind and reassuring and I want to thank her and the team for doing a really good job and saving the planet for land fill with another sofa. I ordered Luxury Medium Sofa Foam GB 41M with Stockinette & Dacron.

Said 24 hour delivery but that is not the case it's the only reason to.order but 24 hours and still waiting been told by customer service another 24 hours wait is been over 48 hours since I ordered and still nothing another 24 hours and still no foam

The young Women on the phone kept my order track despite my mother placing the order.
They even got to my house and not hers.
The foam has transformed my much love feather filled sofa, into a place you want to sit. And saved it from the dump!
I'm a very happy customer end result way better than I thought.
