Offered me £650 for my iPhone pro max,which was in good order,slight scratches sent to them and got a downgraded offer for £400,stating item passed as poor laughed!asked for it back,sent to music magpie who offed and paid me £600 no problems,just be aware of this as it’s bad practice

Fast reliable service. Phone is in great condition - almost like new, but the battery is a bit tired (suggested to be serviced), hence 4* instead of 5.

Phone was really cheap, ordered in the good condition and it arrived with absolutely no scratches or marks. It also came fully charged which was a nice little bonus.
