Our sales consultant was Steph from the Penrith branch. She helped my partner and I so much. She didn’t only go to extreme lengths to help us, but she was also genuine about helping us. And with us having just moved from NZ, we needed to start a credit rating and Steph helped her best to get us approved. So far we’ve had an amazing experience with Geddit. Will recommend anyone to shop with geddit.

This is my first time ever dealing with geddit. And the service was amazing fast and very friendly stuff, and the rental goods r the cheapest I have ever found very affordable.
I am renting 3items for less then $80 a fortnight. I would highly recomend geddit to a my family and friends.

They were so helpful with everything and went out of they way to make sure everything was correct and delivered when requested even in another state where our daughter moved .

So I bought a laptop with geddit last week in Jesmond and I just can’t move on and still thinking alot of how much I wasted almost 900$ on a laptop that has a defect on. They even said it will cost them to send it back to HP for inspection, and the manager doesn’t seem to be keen (like I don’t care if it would cost them money to send it back to HP, I’m a customer) I went to the store the next day I bought the 900 bucks item and they said they can’t do replacement or any refund on my item because they said ITS NOW A SECOND HAND ITEM. I 100% regret getting sometting from them. Not a happy customer.

Excellent service from Keya!

The service was great and the staff were very friendly, my only complaint was that they put a surge protector power board on my account, i was told they were doing it but they didnt actually ask or tell me that it was almlst $300. Make sure you check that, but besides that it was great.
