wasn't happy with the delivery was told it would be dropped off on the Friday they didn't ring me I ended up going into the store to pick it up on the Saturday was not happy

Service in store was amazing

Service in store was amazing.
Interest was very expensive. I end up paying nearly three times the amount of my washing machine.

very overwhelmed

I felt it all moved to quick and was very overwhelmed by the whole thing.
I told the man ( Neil ) I had no idea about laptops and that I would like 1 that had a draw in it so I could watch DVD's but he talked me into the 1 I looked at I asked several times will the laptop have all the internet protection, I still wasn't sure so I mentioned Norton a few times so He told me about a package ( power panel, expansion pack , Norton, Office 365 ) then added it to the computer package he come back and I said to him that I should get a phone and he said No I have gotten approval for computer package. I didn't even know the monthly rate until He got me to initial it and by this time I felt it was to late to walk away. I didn't even open the computer for 2 days as it frightened me. I am not happy
