Your order number : GM29351 placed on 11th January on our website. You have refused to accept the parcel on 14th of January which according to you was late. Below is the mail which we have sent on 15th Jan. We have clearly mentioned the policy to you as you have cancelled it when it reached your door. These charges are clearly mentioned on return and refund policy page.

Refusal: If you no longer require the product, you can refuse the package upon the next delivery attempt. Please note that a return shipping fee of Rs. 180 will be deducted from your refund, and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
Reschedule Delivery: If you would like to reschedule delivery, please let us know, and we will instruct DTDC to make another attempt.
