Won't order from here again.
First order was cancelled and refunded with no communication, did not receive an email so please don't tell me I did!
Thought I'd give them another chance, so paid part payment for pre-order. Received an invoice-email to pay saying will arrive in stock next week, replied asking when due by and if okay to pay in 5days as payday. Was told invoice must be paid in 3days or order is cancelled. I was mistaken on saying they keep the deposit, as refund has been started. So would have added

I would like to just add, I Do open and read my emails, as i did yours for payment. I was just unaware I had to open an attachment in the email to read that invoices must be paid in 3days, I asked because I couldn't find the answer on your website about pre orders or invoices. But thank you for telling me you have now cancelled my order because of this actual review.
Update! I'm clearly not the only one looking at the reviews that are not emailed when an order is cancelled so maybe that's an error on your system.
Yes rude little man who belittles and makes you feel you are in the wrong.
I love to support small businesses buying for my collection but when a business makes you feel as bad as you do I won't support them in anyway.

Thank you for your one star review which gives us an opportunity to actually post the correct version of the account and not the version which is detailed above.
On Tuesday 11th February you was sent an invoice at 1pm requesting that the balance payment for your order of a Mezco Glen figure be paid prior to their arrival on 18th February. The invoice stated as per the terms and conditions of our website that the invoice would need to be paid within three days or the order would be cancelled in full and your money refunded.
At 10pm on Thursday 13th February you emailed stating asking what was happening in relation to your invoice also saying that you was not going to be paid until 18th. At no point did you ask to put off payment until then and it was very clear that you had not even opened the invoice at that point either as the system software at PayPal showed that it had not been opened.
We then resent your invoice to you again so you could see it with the clear terms and conditions attached to it as well.
This morning 14th February you have decided to leave a 1 star review due to you not reading the invoice which was sent to you and then making out that we would be keeping your £7.99 deposit and postage costs which we would not be doing at all if we needed to cancel your order if you failed to pay.
As for suggesting that we do not communicate at all when refunding orders this is also another lie as we sent all customers emails generated by our website outlining reasons why orders are cancelled, or is this simply yet another case of you not opening emails in order to read them.
Update
As for us sending a rude email to you, all we did was respond to the lies that you had posted originally within this feedback which hastily have now edited twice. At no point did you email asking for extra time in order to make your payment, and make out us to be the bad guys here. In relation to your first order being cancelled, yes it was and a full refund and an email was sent to you on 3rd May just two days after your order was placed and we have records of all the emails that were sent to you at that point too, but again you state you never received anything.
Ordered a NECA Leatherface.
Ordered a NECA Leatherface after foolishly buying one from another site that turned out to be a fake figure. The customer service is straight to the point, but very quick so no complaints. The figure was packaged beautifully, and the NECA figure was authentic as promised. This is a fantastic place to start or build on a figure collection.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3rd August, asked on the 15th when order would be dispatched, no response since 16th August, despite asking 3 times since. Will need to reclaim my money through my bank I think. Seems to be a scam. Very disappointing.

We did reply to your email and have records of our replies to you. This item was due to arrive via a clearance company that we use and have been waiting on an updated release schedule for it.
We did not receive any further emails from you other than one this evening after you had already opened a PayPal case against us which we replied to straight away and refunded all monies associated with this transaction. We are truly far from a scam company and wouldn’t reply to your emails or deal with the refund as quickly as we did if we were such a company and not appreciate such a comment being made
