Fantastic service. I wanted to order 2 pairs of binoculars which I needed in very short time as we were leaving for holidays. I rang the store and they told me they had them in the Chatswood warehouse in stock. They walked my order through the process so it wasn't delayed and shipped them out that day express postage. The unit I ordered arrived on time. However, it seemed to have been sourced from Japan or China. When I first turned it on I could not make sense of it, even to change the language to English. I ordered a Peak Design wrist strap which was in stock at the Chatswood store. Received the order confirmation email immediately. Late in the evening an order ready for collection email was received. I collected the item at 9.30 am next day. I was served by Ollie Jones at the entrance counter. Overall service and response was excellent.

I came in to ask a few questions about lighting and learn what my options were for a few different style jobs. He offered me a great price, a great solution on a travel speedlight that has been powerful enough to use off camera and when a small item wasnt available instore he helped me come up with a solution so i could travel the next day. I have since done the job and the item worked perfect. Thanks!!
