GDK UK Avis 

We went for the first time to GDK in Meadowhall.. It was absolutely disgusting.. It took us ages to put the order in on the screens... After we finally managed to ordered, we waited for the food... Watching these 3 men handeling the food was bad enough.. Looking into the kitchen was shocking... It was absolutely horrendous.. Meat on the floor.. Meat left in the tray... The packing area was filthy...I asked if I could cancel the order but it was declined by the staff.. We ordered a box meal... One was just full of chips hardly any meat and it was drowned in cheese sauce... The meat was tasteless.. There was nothing German about this so called meal.. I couldn't eat mine... Knowing the state of the dirty kitchen.. The staff need to get a hygiene cause.. I spend nearly £30 for 2 meals.. The prices are far to high for what GDK offers.. GDK should be ashamed of themselves to offer food of this low standard.. Never again.. I am German.... And this was not German... Germans would never sell food like this... Never again

I got the donor box and got mixed meet and the cheesy fries and it is the BEST stuff I have ever tasted

Me and my mum ate here and she got some sort of wrap and I got a doner box or whatever and and hour later both of us have been running back and forth to the toilet and it’s not funny it’s disgusting I’ve vomited about 5 times last time ordering here

order from the one in Milton keynes, hat wait over 1 hour for it to be delivered, spent £40 on it and it was disgusting by far worst kabab I've ever eaten it was cold and tasted like been cooked and left side for like a week also had 12 the doughnut's and what surprise not one of the had jam in it and tasted disgusting , I will never go there ever again by far the worse kabab place in Milton Keynes, its criminal that they can charge so much for horrendous food, should of known by how they taped the bags honestly it was awful, they couldn't even keep the can of dr pepper cold and fresh tasted like it had been in a warehouse for many years, just awful wish there was thing on here where you could give them zero stars, that's how bad it was, do all of yourselves a favour do not go there, food is truly horrendous .

Hardly any meat in the quesadilla. More onion and cheese rather than meat. Very disappointing and sad to see this.

Me and my dad always come here and the food is so nice and the service is lovely. Today we were welcomed by Ashel who politely served us and helped out. Great kebab and great service!

My family ordered (on Uber eats) 3 doner gym boxes among other things and were horribly disappointed. Half the box was empty, with doner filling only a quarter box.
I would excuse this as a one time thing except a previous experience left us feeling the same.
And the salad - which we wanted everything - was only onions and large tomato slices (and for one option, large pickles and jalapeños)
We ordered large gym boxes bc we wanted the extra portion and even then, the box was only half full, with one of the boxes being 2/3 salad and 1/3 dry doner, while the other box was fine but still half empty.
The quesidilla also was more cheese than doner, which was unsatisfying.

Now to the positives.
The doner wrap was delicious, nice and saucy and a good portion, and the chilli cheese bites are to die for (we ordered 3 portions for 3 people and it was still too less, so will order more next time.
But don't order the doner boxes unless you want to be highly disappointed.

Scam. Signed up for the app to get a 50% off sign up offer. Click on the offer and it says to just make your first order. No discount ever comes. Avoid avoid avoid.

Sana in the catford branch was so lovely i highly recommend this store i go quite often and they are really nice and helpful

I was introduced to GDK by a friend and she place the order for me. I experienced a lovely crispy meal and even order takeaway . I really enjoyed the meal . I felt like I was enjoying my Mom cooking. Continue to make the best for us.

I come here for my dinner when I’m at work and it’s always quick and very good quality. Staff are friendly and the food is sooo good! I would recommend

I am leaving this review following a severe incident regarding a complete failure to provide functional access and the discriminatory service I experienced at this restaurant. Their conduct represents a direct and unacceptable breach of the Equality Act 2010.

When I raised a formal complaint, the management team was blatantly dishonest and completely fabricated a claim that they had spoken to me at the time I faced the access issues. Furthermore, they have consistently failed to meet promised deadlines to resolve the matter. In order to secure evidence of their failings, I submitted a Subject Access Request for the relevant CCTV footage and internal investigation records.

Because of their continuous refusal to engage constructively, I issued a formal Letter Before Action to GDK International Limited. Their management has chosen to completely ignore this legal ultimatum.

Since they have failed to provide an accessible environment and have actively ignored pre action legal protocols, I am now forced to proceed with formal court litigation. I strongly advise anyone who requires functional access or expects basic adherence to consumer and equality laws to avoid this establishment entirely.

Cannot give zero. Stupidly used just cheat clay cold, inedible complained nothing.

I've had bad experiences at a number of branches in London which makes it clear to me that those working for them aren't trained at all to fulfil the most basic needs. Customer service being non-existent, unable to get orders right, and one of the craziest things, if you pay by card and an item isn't available (despite showing otherwise if ordering online), they won't refund you.

I had an complaint outstanding for over two months due to constant issues after each visit. It took that amount of time for the head of operations, Mr Qadeer to response. He was completely ignorant to my concerns & did nothing to rectify them.

Also, the app makes things 10x worse - it just doesn't work, which is unacceptable in 2026. Just look at the reviews on the Play store.

Bottom line, avoid them!

Order delayed by 2 hours and still no sign of it. My lunch is over, spoke with Bedford branch and they basically said they don't care because it was ordered through just eat. Wow. Never ordering from them again.
