My son and I wanted to provide surprise Mother's Day massages for my wife (his mum) and his wife. We would take 7 kids out while the girls had their pampering. It seemed like a great idea but I thought it would be too hard to pull off. But we found Blys who put our service request out to qualified therapists. We soon booked in Nikki and Sarah who arrived right on time, provided highly praised massages and we came back to some very happy and relaxed mums. The security of the platform, reviews, choices ease of use helped make this a success!

Our wonderful Blys masseuse arrived on time with everything she required for a fabulous massage. Her massage table was extremely comfortable and her products were lovely. She was exceptionally experienced and to be honest, gave one of the best massages I’ve ever received in Australia.
Medical issues and preferences for pressure were taken into account throughout the appointment.
Her music was fantastic and soothing too.
Both my husband and I had massages with the same provider and we both felt incredibly relaxed and rested afterwards.

There was no problem at all with the Therapist Tash, she was really good and I would recommend her. I had an Oncology Massage and she was very respectful of my needs and has experience with Cancer Patients.

I found the booking/app process not very user friendly and confusing. It initially asked what sex I wanted the therapist to be or if I didn’t mind. I chose female. I had also selected Oncology Massage, so assumed there would be a filter that only gave me therapists with this experience. When I went in to choose my therapist, it came up with all the therapists!

I had been gifted 3 x $100 vouchers. It seemed I could only use one at a time and as my massage cost more, the rest was paid by card prior to the massage. On the day of the massage the therapist asked if I was available earlier and I was. Although I had paid in full with the voucher and card, it was showing up that I owed $110. I used the ‘chat function’ to ask about this and did not receive a reply.

Just had my first in-home massage and it was such a relaxing experience. Having my own music and candlelight really made it feel calm and personal.

Leanne was wonderful—very professional, trustworthy, and made me feel completely at ease in my own home. She communicated well throughout the session and adjusted the pressure exactly where I needed it, which made a big difference.

I feel so relaxed now and ready for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend, especially for a peaceful Sunday evening.
