I requested an automated text to be sent out to patients on a holiday we were not in office. I wanted the message to be on for that day. Camille offered to turn it on and the back off on a day she was not scheduled to work. Outstanding customer service.

Cassidy was professional and to the point, which is what I like. She also researched a question about my website, which took a bit, but did not seem to be bothered taking her time out of her reason for the call to do so.
She answered my questions and was able to get another time scheduled to go over my dashboard with another associate.

Al understood my problem and provided a solution immediately.
