Dear Doc has a decent product, but it's the people who are the problem in this company. First of all, their response time is terrible. I always need to wait a few days before my questions get answered and sometimes even weeks for my problems to be solved. This company has an unhelpful customer service where the representatives don't seem interested in helping their customers and clients at all. This company is mediocre at best.

I know he is trained to sell additional services and he always does that but I told to stop pushing the new ones and focus on making the ones already in service to work better.
