This service is advertised as being $139. It was not. In total I spent $369. This service is advertised as making your paperwork and filing easier. It has been anything but. Whoever did my forms made a bunch of mistakes and filled them out wrong. When I email no one gets back to me. When I have called, which is several times. It either says the call center is closed(I leave a voicemail no one gets back to me) or it says I’m first in line but I’m on hold forever…then when someone does answer they have horrible customer service, they’re rude, and will put me on hold while I’m in the middle of a sentence without saying anything, they are not helpful and keep telling me I just need to email. I tried to go back in to fix the errors on the paperwork and it wouldn’t save the changes, it would just reset back to what they had it put in as. This service is such a scam.

THEY NEVER TELL YOU WHAT THEIR TRULY GOING TO CHARGE. THEY SAY A FLAT FEE OF 139$ THEN IMMEDIATELY CHARGE ALL THESE FEES THEY NEVER DISCLOSED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DIVORCE PAPERS OR SERVICES FROM THEM. AS SOON AS I SAW THE CHARGES FROM MY BANK ALERTING ME VIA TEXT I REPORTED IT AS FRAUD AND HAD MY CARD BLOCKED. I WENT TO MY BANK FILLED OUT THE FRAUD PAPERS HAD ALL THE ILLEGAL CHARGES REVERSED THEN OVER A MONTH LATER MY ACCOUNT SHOWS THOSE LIARS AND FRAUDS SOMEHOW CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! IT SAID REVERSE FRAUD!!!!! WTH!!! THAT MEANS THEY DISPUTED THE FRAUD CHARGES DESPITE IT BEING FRAUDULENT WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND SO MANY OTHERS🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. WE NEED AN ATTORNEY TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ASAP. THESE EVIL LIARS ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE FRAUDS VICTIMIZING INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEM AT THEIR WORD FOR THE 139$. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I BELIEVE MY BANK WILL BE LIABLE FOR AIDING AND ABETTING THIEVES BECAUSE THEY ALLOWED THEM TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AFTER FILING FRAUD. I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT TOMORROW THEN GO TO MY BANK AFTER TALKING TO AN ATTORNEY. THEY CANT EVER GET AWAY WITH THIS AGAIN🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!!!

They added $39 to mail me the papers I paid $139 for. You may not print them yourself. I cancelled as soon as I saw that additional charge (same day I paid it) and they refused to refund any money (not even the shipping fee that they will not need because I will not use this service.) They try to charge you for every little thing and they are deceptive and don't tell you they will charge you. I have to also warn you there is a monthly subscription fee also! They are so bad that I walked away from $179 and went to a reputable online divorce site.
Update- months after my interaction with them they attempted to withdraw money from my checking account for a "subscription fee". I know I DID NOT agree to the subscription, but when I logged back into their site I saw that my answer had been changed from not agreeing to the subscription to agreeing to it! Thankfully my debit card had been cancelled so they were not able to get any more money! Who needs a subscription for divorce services? Deceptive and downright illegal business practices.

If I could leave a 0 I would! These guys are thieves and liars! I never got my papers I paid for, I tried contacting them and NO ONE reached out to contact me, it's been two months now! And now there has been fraudulent activity on my card that I used which I haven't used on anything since this purchase! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS NOT LEGITIMATE! I am contacting the better business bureau, and everyone else who has had problems should do the same. We have to get these guys shut down so they don't keep robbing people of their money!!

Do not use! Horrible customer service extra charges and they reactivate your account if you close it. Currently working with my bank to reverse the last charge.

If for some reason you choose these pirates do not pay for ANY extra service it's a lie!

I did what the response is claiming, 2 reps informed me all charges are final. After I was hung up on by their lack of support I started recording the calls.

Complete rip off. Waste of time & money. No help, billed for extra unnecessary services & documents cannot be altered even with “subscription”. Could have gotten the SAME forms CORRECTLY done for $35 thru the Bar Association. Avoid this scam!

Don't waste your money on this. I paid the 200+ thinking my divorce would be paid for. I got to the court and had to pay another 300. DON'T waste your money. Go to superior Court and ask for paperwork. Its free!!! Then only pay to file it with the courts. I wish I knew this before I did this. I could have saved myself over 200. I paid for 2 copies only got 1.

Horrible experience. They filled out my divorce papers incorrectly even though the information I provided them with was correct. My son's name was misspelled, parenting time was wrong. Come on! These are court papers, they need to be impeccable. And I have been trying to get it fixed for 2 months already. Also beware of a lot of hidden fees.

Divorce is difficult enough without rude and unhelpful customer service. My legal forms were written to my satisfaction, however, their "printing" service is a rip-off. Nowhere on the site did it say that the forms can be printed on regular printer paper. It DOES, however, say that courts won't accept legal papers that aren't printed on "court approved paper". So for an extra $35 they will print them on "court approved paper" and mail them to you. I did that (with the understanding that they won't be accepted by the courts if I don't) and when I received them they were printed on regular, everyday printer paper! I can buy a whole package of printer paper for $6! I was duped into paying $35 for 7 sheets!

This is not a real company they took my info and money with no help I used the wrong card and they will not refund me the rep sent me the terms to a refund which I qualified for and she still would not give me the money back... the rep agent davina was very rude and didn’t offer a solution at all the other rep straight up ended the convo with you made your payment and won’t get it back and I couldn’t even reply this was completely a scam DO NOT COME HERE GO TO THE COURT HOUSE !

Customer service is incredibly rude. I messaged using the Customer Service chat and she told me to call the next day to cancel and get a refund. I called and the person who answered told me cancellation was impossible. So, i went back to the chat and told her that he said it was impossible. She then told me i did not qualify for a refund. She said I could cancel, but I would still be charged for everything including the printing and shipping fee. The only way you can get a refund is if the court denies the paperwork. If they deny it, you must prove they denied it and prove that it was the company's fault. I regret ever doing this and have since canceled my credit card and bank account. i am curious to see what these papers look like when I get them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

What a scam! I signed up to help my boyfriend get his divorce, filled in a little information but paused the interview to get the rest of the information that I didn’t have. In the meantime, his name (used in the divorce interview) and my credit card information( because I paid) and my phone number (I provided a fake number thankfully because I had a bad feeling and didn’t want my number sold) was used a few days later in a Western Union Scam! I know this was the site that it came from because it’s the only time I ever used a fake phone number, and it was my boyfriends full name with my credit card. I went online and cancelled immediately. Never completed the interview. Logged on once or twice to enter information and use their “Help/Chat button that initially took me to a “Whoa! Do you want to go there message” and I chose yes, it took me to a porn site!!! Then the third time was immediately after that to cancel the process and the autopay for a monthly charge. I knew something was up with this site. Thankfully I reported the scam to my bank and got a new credit card so they couldn’t charge me the monthly fee. I disputed the information to my bank. But now I got a letter saying that they claim I finished the process and provided an IP address that matched mine. I didn’t claim to have never been on the site, I claimed that I didn’t finish the interview and felt unsafe since my information was used to attempt a Western Union fraud to Algeria using the fake phone number I provided with my bfs full name. The ONLY time I ever used that information! So now I have to waste my time fighting this fraudulent scammer company. And I will contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office and yes, I will lawyer up for the stupid 147.95 on principal alone. I have already contacted my banks Executive offices for a full investigation. I loathe criminals.

This business is absolutely terrible. They charge you without your consent and say it’s for “shipping” yet they won’t ship anything unless you pay a subscription fee. If you try reaching out to customer service they respond with the same ignorant answer over and over again. They place is bogus and it’s a waste of time. I highly suggest you save yourself a headache and go with someone else. I was warned about them but I tried them out anyway. BIG mistake.

Absolutely not... never again. The forms sent are very vague, marital agreement won’t be accepted by the court THEN they refuse to refund you $180 and will take an additional TWO payments of $39.99 and $21 for absolutely no reason. I am now out a ton of money for again ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No stars. ZERO stars.

Multiple versions of same document. Text cut off in margins. I am educated and consider myself an intelligent person but the instructions were completely nonsensical. After paying the initial fee and receiving my documents, I got charged $60 for two "access" subscriptions I had no idea I had signed up for.

I read good reviews on another website but I now have good reason to believe those reviews are fake. I consider this website a scam.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere ANYWHERE else. These people are dishonest and they do not care about you at all. Not only do they lie about what they will charge you, but their customer service is so rude and blatantly unhelpful. First off, it is NOT $139 like they advertise. It was $182.93 and they ALSO don't mention there is a time frame to finish paperwork as (ALSO it is Waaaaayyyyy more than 30 mins to finish the questionnaire). If you don't finish within a month it will automatically "renew" you for not one but TWO fees. A $37.99/mo auto-renew to be a member and if you don't renew you will not have any access to your completed divorce forms Your account will be disabled. You will not be able to receive assistance from your designated caseworker. You will not be able to make changes to your forms and another $21.99/mo fee to be able to view/edit and/or complete your questionnaire. So, I quickly finished my questionnaire just in time. The next dishonest thing they do is when you finish forms there is NO OTHER OPTION, but to select this expedited form "option" for $91.75 EXTRA! It would not accept until I had selected this "option. PLUS $31.98 to ship the forms. After I selected this "option" the NEXT screen that you can't get to says you can get forms shipped for free without expedition!!! Just unbelievable. I live-chatted (again) and said I would like the free shipping "option" and they said I was not eligible for a refund. Seriously? Just the amount of dishonesty is through the roof. I then receive another email the day after I finished that I needed to log in and review my forms and they WOULD NOT ship until I had done reviewed the forms and confirmed I had done this. I had disabled my account so I would not get charged again, so disabling means I cannot view it. You see what they did there? They truly expected me to pay just to view my forms. Such a rip-off! I live-chatted with someone and said just ship my forms so they said it would be 3-5 business days. It has been 7 business days since I was told that. When I live-chatted again they were extremely rude. No explanation and started calling me Ma'am at the end to be extra rude like"Ma'am, your forms have been mailed out... like go away we don't care that we have not done what we said we would. How is almost 10 business days expedited at all??? Please do NOT give them any more business. They are crooks. I paid about $310 NOT $139 and if I hadn't canceled their auto-renew they don't tell you about I would have paid $370. I HATE LIARS!

I cancelled within a minute after purchasing. I’ve emailed and called. No one gets back with me and they still won’t refund.

This service does not take much time, and it is helpful that they have live chat to answer any questions you may have.

This service is a scam, do not give them your money, they will not do what they are advertising.

I would give them -5 stars if I could. Customer service is very rude and unhelpful. They are a scam DON’T WASTE YIUR MONEY HERE. They will enroll you in monthly auto pay and you will not get any money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
