Get 'er Brewed Avis

I have been purchasing from GEB now for 4 or 5 years and I am really happy with their service. I used to order homebrew ingredients, grain kits and materials/equipment from a few different suppliers but now I just use GEB for all my homebrew needs. Being able to build and order a custom kit is fantastic and the packaging and delivery are always spot on.
I only ever had one issue with a delivery and GEB sorted it straight away.
Also, their numerous videos on homebrewing that they share on YouTube and on their website are always full of great information and advice.
I couldn't recommend GEB highly enough.

Excellent all round service. Very helpful staff, super quick delivery and great value too.

I passed order with them and wen DPD left it on the street without any permission form me as the send it was stolen.
Raised a dispute on for a refund i got the answer that they can't do anything about it if you expect anything like customer support for lost or stolen parcels forget about it the werst customer service i have ever seen

Excellent service, order sent and delivered really quickly. 5 stars. Thank you

I cannot rate Get 'er Brewed highly enough. All items securely packaged and promptly delivered. Prices are very reasonable. Communication is great, questions answered in a prompt, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. It is evident that they are true beer enthusiasts! A family business that values their customers, and their service reflects that. I hope that will continue to operate in the same way that they do now, regardless of how big they become.

These guys are great. Really great! Price, customer service, the lot! They are now my go-to for brewing ingredients. Their custom recipe creator is so easy to use and pricing is very fair indeed. Delivery on each occasion has been swift and whenever I have needed to contact customer services (normally because I have forgotten to order something) the response is always fast and friendly. On each occasion they have been very accommodating when it comes to amending an order after it has been placed. Their youtube presence is the icing on the cake. Very entertaining and its doing wonders for making homebrewing accessible to us all.

Really wanted to like these guys, very detailed youtube videos and so on so I bought some gear from them. Delivery was fine although I had an issue with one part of the order not working. I've emailed them twice (over 10 days so not to pester) and used their Facebook chat and they haven't once replied to any.

Such a shame but you live and learn I guess.

Several orders placed by now. Accurate fulfillment, excellent packaging and fast delivery. Place your order with confidence.

Not long in to the brewing game and these guys have been more than helpful on numerous occasions.
I had one tiny issue with 1 order, which on its own wasn't worth mentioning and very much wasn't a fault of get 'er brewed, but the after care was first class which I feel needs called out.

Great quality goods ,great quality service, amazing knowledge with a keen willingness to share it and a ridiculously fast turnaround on delivery (late night order on a Sunday arrived on Tuesday)

I'm proud to see so much quality and standard coming from Northern Ireland, catering for an international market

Great company, with a very helpful and technically capable team. Love the way they ensured that I didn’t order incompatible kit. Speaking of the products, the staff can personally vouch for the quality, guarantee the performance and also deliver the best prices - as they use the self same kit.

Just received iso hop extract ,fast service ,I wait longer for post on mainland England .TOP TOP TOP service . Yet to try the the product but this is about Get Er Brewed . Outstanding service .

Excellent site for all things brewing, i especially love the customer grain bill option they offer. Always been fast delivery to ireland and the communication from customer service is excellent. 5 Stars.

Fantastic delivery, I was a bit hesitant to place my order given the mad issues over Brexit and the media hype relating to some goods crossing between the Northern Ireland and the U.K. But I played my order as they were the only place to have what I wanted in stock. I ordered it at about 10.00am and received everything by around 1.00pm the very next day here in the West Midlands.

Timely delivery, excellent range, good value.

Especially love the custom grain kits

Geterbrewed is great! They have anything you need to brew. Very fast delivery and always packed well. Prices are reasonable plus quality is great. Excellent service, They’re custom grain kit builder is fantastic and easy to use.

Delivered 1 day after my purchase. Amazing product quality and it does exactly what is proposed. I would definitely recommend =D

These guys are good. A good range of stock at a good price. Quick to process orders. Delivery is OK once you take into account goods are coming from NI. DPD will show your order as not yet received until it gets into the mainland, then it’s usually next day.

Great service. Delivered in good time in spite of COVID. Good selection of products. Will definitely use again. Many thanks!

Ordered a few items from Get Er Brewed now. Staff are always happy to help and items have arrived on time every time. Definitely the go to company for all home brewers!

I have had a few orders from Get Er Brewed specifically because of their 'build your own' all grain recipe service. This is invaluable for small brewers like me who don't want to order large quantities of ingredients which may go to waste. I can order exactly what I need for each brew. No wastage and no weighing out ingredients on brew day. I recently had problems receiving a delivery after moving house. DPD claimed they couldn't find me and so my order didn't arrive. I contacted Deborah on the customer service line and she was really helpful. I got a second order sent out and received 2 phone calls from Trevor to keep me up to date with their battle with DPD to get my order delivered..They went over and above what I would have expected them to do, and I received the goods today! ( sadly too late for my Xmas brew but I blame DPD) For such a small order they out in maximum effort to get it to me, and have secured my future business. Definitely recommended!
