Really impressed!

Dr Maha was really great, she is understood what I needed for my skin and gave me a brilliant combination of products to help reduce my acne. I couldn’t believe the results just from using the correct type of products for my skin! Would definitely recommend going through his process!

I had an excellent experience with my dermatologist appointment with Dr. Maha. The consultation was very thorough, and she was lovely, attentive, and truly focused on addressing my skincare concerns. I received a personalised skincare plan tailored to my needs, along with product recommendations. Everything was delivered promptly, and I’ve started using the products — while it will take some time to see full results, my skin already appears to be improving. I would definitely recommend Get Harley for anyone looking for expert dermatology services and a personalised approach!

Great customer care!

Great customer care! I’ve loved receiving products from Get Harley - reasonable prices, they offer discounts on subscriptions, and allowed me to cancel no questions asked when I no longer needed to products. Great company!

Expensive prescription and long deliveries

The deliveries take so long, the price is really high for prescription products. E.g., azelaic acid I can get from a private GP online for £20, Get harley charging £40 for same product. Takes too long to post and expensive.

Be really careful

They are very quick to send messages, respond and follow up when they are trying to sell you something. HOWEVER, as soon as you have a problem with your order and need to speak with someone they will take AGES to respond.
I placed a order that included a product that seem to be out of stock, they have sent me the order without said product but with no explanation whatsoever, no notification about the missing product, and not an email or message to let me know when the missing product will be dispatched.
I have sent them a WhatsApp message enquiring, they took 24h to respond, I have now asked for a refund, no response received.
Overall I felt really pressured to buy from them with so many messages being sent during the selling process, but now, I’m left in the dark.
Terrible experience.

The ordering process was very smooth

The ordering process was very smooth - however I ordered an item which was out of stock (didn’t mention this online). The WhatsApp customer service have allegedly issued me a refund but 10 working days later nothing has hit my account and no one is coming back to me on WhatsApp (it’s been over 24 hours)

Impressed with visual improvements just 2 months in.

I received fabulous honest advice in my consultation, with Nicky Robinson. The products I was recommended have made a visual impact just two months in. I loved how they are simply packaged, loved the personalised box too. So happy to have found you, looking forward to seeing continued progress.

Customer service very slow and painful

Customer service very slow. We paid for medicines nearly three weeks ago and, although part of the delay wasnt their fault, getting in touch with their customer has been terribly slow and frustrating. There are no contact numbers to call and despite saying they will deal quickly i am still waiting for a response. Could do a lot better.
