Good to have an organisation that can ensure quality and consistency of service. The service is always good and the great thing is that is someone is ill or leaves, Jarvis can immediately replace.

Great service and very easy to use. Communication was very quick and easy through messaging. Able to accomodate once a month clean instead of fortnightly like other companies.

We found Javis to help our Mum who has become quite frail. Mum always had a clean and tidy house. I was worried about it not being up to ‘her standard’BUT she was over the moon, said it was the best clean she had seen and enjoyed talking with the butler. Thank you so much.

Great Clean but even better customer service! Had a cleaner come & the service wasn’t up to my standard. I explained this to Jarvis & they sent a new butler for the next fortnight & were so helpful through the booking process.

The new butler was phenomenal & would definitely continue using Jarvis!

The company is very helpful and flexible with my needs. The lady they sent to assist me was also very nice and did a very great and thorough job. She went beyond what I expected and also gave me helpful tips on doing upkeep.

The company keeps me informed of the time the person is coming to my house. She is prompt and efficient. The house is clean and sparkly when I get home.

Jarvis were very quick and professional in their response to my query for a new cleaner when our regular cleaners relocated to another state at short notice. We just had our trial today and the clean was exceptional… way way better than the cleaners we have had for the last 3 years. Cleaned extractor fans, made our shower gleam,
Dusted skirting boards, under rugs etc and exceptional job all round. Plus a very engaging and interesting person both my husband and I enjoyed meeting. We’ll definitely engage permanently - Thanks Jarvis . Note they also responded positively to some last minute booking changes we had to make due to sickness.

The cleaner today did an excellent job. She dusted, vacuumed and mopped, including corners and under loose furniture and rugs. A pleasant young woman who quietly went about the work

Been using Jarvis to help my folks around their house for a few months now. I am satisfied to know they have been working hard to look after my folks especially on tasks that's too taxing for the elderly. While every now and then, problems happened, Jarvis would get right into it and get it resolved ASAP. Will recommend. :)

All good appart from finding crime under the table vacuum needs to be better.
