Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time, placed on order on Friday 18/07/2025 for 2 payslips before 3 pm for same day delivery. Called number and asked the person and he said that before 7 pm it will be delivered, however he sent me email and I already responded at 5:27 pm; but after that number wasn’t on and it wasn’t getting answered, their website says Saturday they are open from 9 am to 12 pm but Saturday they didn’t answer my calls. Today on Monday till 12-1 pm their number keeps saying they are talking to other customers and at last around 2 pm the guy answered and said it will be delivered today however it’s 7:46 pm and no reply from them and no delivery. So I am tired and have asked for refund and reported to credit card company as well.
My friend has suggested me to use a1 payroll they are very professional and customer service top notch it seems.
Never check reviews of company on their own companies site, always check on platform like trustpilot and google.
