Worst company EVER
UPDATE: Someone reached out to me via this website and guess what?? Nobody has still called me per the message I received..
BUYER BEWARE.
THEY NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH OR UP! I have a contract for equipment that doesn't work properly. Nobody is willing to help me they all say somebody will call you back which they don't. I have been lied to continuously. I pay almost $50 a month and my home is not safe. The app barely works, it doesn't notify you when someone is near your camera and the camera has a delay so all you see is the door closing. I don't recommend this company. I have buyers remose

Amazing equipment and great service.
Loved the equipment they installed. Much more advance then my old ADT system. Plus I love that they have a local office in my area.
BEWARE
BEWARE! Read their contract very carefully before you sign. Cancelling there service can cost you more than what you bargained for. To cancel their services, they make you send them a certified letter and they continue charging you after. For example in my case I started my service in September 2014 and cancelled in March 2019, Martin one of their reps stated that I will continuously be charged monthly until August 2019 even though I no longer have their services. This is not fair, why should we pay for services we no longer have! However, like Martin said I should have read the contract and it's fine print very carefully. That their was nothing he could do. I do not recommended this company to no one at all!!!
