Great and easy to use
Very easy to set up and spend the collection and send to the recipient. Big plus is that there are no fees to pay as well so all the money collected went to the recipient.

Safe and straight forward way to collect messages and £donations from colleagues
This as a safe way for me to collect both donations and personal messages from colleagues for a manager who was retiring. All the funds raised go to the person in the form of an ecard that can be spent in well known high street shops. It did not involve me sharing my personal bank account details which I was not comfortable doing both for me and overall transparency with my colleagues. It all went smoothly, and there was prompt replies and support from the team as and when needed. At the end, you can download all the lovely messages on a PDF to share with the recipient which is a nice touch and something they can save if the would like to do that.

GiftRound is easy to arrange, distribute and complete. When we needed more time to contribute the collection was editable. The flex card offers lots of variety for the recipient. Overall, highly recommended.

It's not as easy to use as it was
They have changed it. The concept is good but I don't like the changes. People now MUST leave a comment and alot said it was more tricky to navigate and make payment. We like to do our own card and just let people donate but now people had to write a comment before navigating to the donate page. Other than that, it's very easy to extend/end the collection, share the link, send the gift to the recipient.

On comments, it’s not currently possible to switch them off but as the organiser you can hide any unwanted messages or choose not to share them with the recipient at the end.

Excellent experience with GiftRound
I recently used it for a colleague’s career‑break collection and found the whole process intuitive and really easy to manage. Everyone could contribute without any hassle, customise their messages with images, gifs etc., and there were no fees, which was a big plus. Would happily use it again.

Best Option Ever!
Used this to raise fund for a colleague who left the organization. It was seamless to use and even when I closed and sent it to the wrong email, the team was fantastic in resolving the issue experienced. I'll recommend this any day and time as it makes life easy and saves the stress of manual collection and looking for what to buy -loads of stores available.
