I have lots of things from GoM, i have every piece from every collection, apart from the pjamas :(. I love very single thing and would never wear anything else to feel cozy during the winter seasons. They are a staple for my wardrobe and also a staple for when i go on holiday. the jumpers are 100% my favourite items. The store is so easy to browse, they keep up with their follows on instagram and other platforms which is so lovley for a small brand. i would never think of not supporting this business as packing is so eco friendly.
I am 100% in love with all of my pieces and cannot think of a reason not to continue buying!! I love the message and the aesthetic of it all! 🤍
I hope you bring out some more summer collections as i have a few holidays this year and want to be able to get some staple pieces for my wardrobe such as the tops and the shorts.
I have never loved a brand so much in my life!! Shipping is fast and effective and returns are easy to make (not that i have ever had to return something).

Disappointing Experience
Purchased lots of items from GoM and honestly, the items are fabulous quality, feel great and wash well. I purchased several items as Christmas gifts, unfortunately, one of the items was way too small (unitard). I reached out to customer service explaining the situation, but was told that I had exceeded the returns date in line with their policy. I appreciate that this is a small business, but this said, if customers are purchasing items in time for Christmas, they’re always going to hit an issue if these items aren’t suitable. I am now left with an item of clothing that is unusable. I have not had a response from GoM, which is most disappointing. I have been a very good customer, having purchased hundreds of pounds worth of clothing. In view of the lack of response and the inability to look at this situation fairly. They have lost an excellent customer, which is a shame and all because of a failure to look objectively at a situation.

The best quality!! I’ve waited and saved for this moment lol!! I had the cosiest New Year’s Eve in my cream pyjamas. Had them on for a few hours before my baby got stains all over them, should’ve bought the black ones to be safe lol!! The stains came out and they wash SO well!!
