Taglia sbagliata - Problema risolto
Ho ordinato un abito Elisabetta Franchi ma purtroppo ho ricevuto una taglia sbagliata. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale ha risolto prontamente il problema inviandomi l giorno stesso l'abito nella taglia giusta. Se trovate l'oggetto che fa per voi i prezzi sono assolutamente ottimi.

HO CONTATTATO IL SERVIZIO CLIENTE CHE CON GRANDE MALEDUCAZIONE MI HA RISPOSTO CHE NON POTEVANO AIUTARMI IN NESSUN MODO. HO INOLTRATO UNA MAIL CON FOTO ALLEGATE DOVE ASSERIVO TUTTO CIO' CHE AVEVO DETTO TELEFONICAMENTE, NON HO MAI RICEVUTO RISPOSTA. PRATICAMENTE LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, PER TUTTO

Inefficient customer service
I requested information on the EU/IT size of the skirt which was listed in denim sizes but the customer service provided a generic answer with inaccurate information, though all what it would take was looking at the label of the item (which clearly states the exact size of the item). As a result, the information provided by the customer service was wrong (size IT 36 was listed as jeans size 25, while it can actually be not more than 24), as well as the ordered size was too small. Returning the purchase would cost nearly 40 euros (30 euros for the shipment of the order and 10 euros in duties). When I contacted them to explain the error they denied it stating that the size 25 corresponds to the french size 34. Come on, we're all adults, deceiving clients never repays well.

Yes this company is legit, customer service responded quickly & helpfully. Yes you do have to pay import tax on items over £135.
I'm delighted with my purchase & the price, my parcel arrived from Italy in 4 days via dpd express. I shall enjoy shopping with confidence from Glamest in future.

Ho fatto qualche ordine sul sito della Glamest! La mia esperienza vorrei descriverla come positiva, in quanto il sito dispone di una piattaforma molto comoda per effettuare gli acquisti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,prodotti originali ed il servizio Customer Care efficiente! Ho avuto un piccolo problema alla scarpa. Dopo 3 mesi dal momento di acquisto si è presentato un DIFETTO, purtroppo irreparabile, ma l'azienda a seguito del sollevamento da parte mia del problema ha rispettato la legge sulla garanzia dei beni di consumo ed ha rimborsato parzialmente il costo delle calzature! Grazie
