YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING WIGS OFF OF WISH.COM ! I ordered Sensationnel Empress Game changer , it looked like the wig until I took it out of the package , it came up to my cheek and there was kind of a bald spot towards the back. Also I ordered Zury Sis beyond synthetic kitty and they sent me nothing like it , I received a wavy blonde bob no namone just in a clear package . I was asking for a refund and they act like they could not help . DO NOT SHOP HERE , SAVE YOUR MONEY .

Ive been ordering from Glamoutress for about 3 years. No problems! Everything is on time and never late.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, EMAIL SUCKS, I ORDER ONE THING THEY SEND ME ANOTHER TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR AND WON'T COOPERATE TO EXCHANGE IT! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, AT MY WITS END!!!

I've order about 2 or 3 times before and never had a problem. I live in the same state as the company and about 40 mins away and they always ship to me before same day.(pretty much all their hair is same day shipping) I ordered on a Friday and got an email stating my hair had shipped. The tracking information stated that a label was created but, it really hadn't shipped ( even though it qualified for same day shipping and I received and email it stating it did). I emailed them multiple times with no answer till Monday with a generic email saying sorry for the delay and I'll receive it Monday or Tuesday. I called multiple times after that with no answer (the site says there open from 10 to 6). Finally I got someone on the phone around 11ish with no help and didn't even ask for my name or order number. She liked and said USPS hasn't updated and they shipped it. Which was a lie because I called 2 post offices and they both said the same thing.they didn't ship the hair they just created a label. I wish the could have been truthful and just said we ran out of stock and sorry we aren't able to ship it to you till Monday afternoon. But instead they lied. What was the point of paying for shipping if you ship when you want to?! They didn't ship my hair till Monday night?! Really??! Now I live in the same state,there's no excuse for waiting 3 days or so for hair. Won't be ordering from this site again. I hate sites that like. Be careful when you order!

Beyond disgusting customer service. I ordered three wigs. Never received my package emailed them the day of advising I never got mt package. They emailed back saying they would open an investigation with USPS that day. Come to find out 2 weeks later the investigation still was never opened. And then they stopped responding to my emails so I called. When I called a black girl answered the phone saying that they will start the investigation today. I THINK NOT. Then she places me on hold for 20 mins comes back on the phone with an attitude talking about she’s the one that submits that’s USPS. Claims and how my claim got put on a waiting list because other people’s packages was lost before mines . WHAT ? I never heard anything like that in my life. So I hung up the phone and sent an email to them telling them I will be filing a dispute with my bank. And their unprofessional response was “ok good thank you for telling us”. I will never purchase anything from this company again yeah their prices are cheap for wigs but they customer service SUCKS!

I pay half for the same great quality thats in my near by stores. LOVE IT

best marketing but worse customer service. They would send you sake and promotion everyday and when you go to order they say it's finish. And when you order they send you whatever they have and won't answer your mails when you complain and never pick up the phone.

I love my wigs that I purchased & they were delivered to me in like 3 days!

Company is horrible !!! Sold me a product that was mislabeled and as a result ended up with the wrong hair color. Sent pictures and all and they refuse to right there wrongs .

The hair was thick, luxurious, and SUPER soft! I would love to do a YouTube video if I was sent one to do another review for your company.

the reason is you provide a number to call but no one never answer your you have to think about some that does nt even use the computer that why a phone number is so important and sometime is good to speak with someone better understanding thanks mc
