You lose a lot, when on the exchange rate when you sell Indian currency to them.

Very bad customer service from the staff. I’ve been working anroad for more than 15 years and haven’t experienced this kind of treatment from any exchange office. We felt they treat well only to srilankan people. Better the staff should be taught the manners and way to talk with customer. Though am earning a good money every month, I felt we came after robbing money. The wembly staffs are absolutely unprofessional and terrible.

This is the most reliable service I have ever used to send money to Srilanka. It takes time but they give highest rate in the market. Thank you so much Global exchange.

Staff completely disinterested and rate appalling.

Total rip off. To us at the airport, they gave 66.45 euro to 100 USD in Barcelona airport, when the official rate was 92 euros. Sheer daylight robbery taking advantage of unsuspecting people at airports and at busy tourist places when people are in a hurry or want the local currency.

Esta empresa es una inversión y una ESTAFA Ponzi. No invierta su dinero en ella y, si lo hace, retírelo. Obtuve cada centavo después de mucho intentarlo, preguntándome ¿CÓMO pude hacerlo? Mi nombre de revisión hizo todo lo posible para que mi reembolso fuera posible y les estoy agradecido.

They changed my free tax refund from euro to usd without any official explanation and charged 700 euro extra commission.
They have official invoice and my payment receipts in EU.
Not a reliable company.

Son unos usureros por 1000 dolares le han dado a mi madre 668 en lugar de 995 que está el cambio, se han quedado con más de 300€, estoy reclamando y me dan email pero no me solucionan, eso fue ayer en Barajas, me dan email y por teléfono han dicho que me darían la diferencia, estoy esperando respuesta, unos sinvergüenzas si esto queda así, ojo que se aprovechan de los mayores que no saben 😞 menos mal que desconfío por las formas y las insistencias de cambiar más sino perdía el doble, estamos super triste con este mal accionar por parte de esta empresa, tenemos comprobante del cambio, triste.

Pésima experiencia. Al ser el único que hay no a hay otra. Te atienden muy mal y te tienen esperando un buen rato bien laaaargo para verificar lo que ya has verificado. Realmente nadie en la empresa se ha puesto a pensar en teoría de colas para atender mejor al cliente.

El pasado jueves 17.08, hice una cambio de moneda de euros a libras porque viajábamos a Londres, la chica nos aconsejo 410€ y nos dio 300 libras, nos dijo que era la comisión, creo que bastante alta, pero lo entiendo. Lo peor de vuestros servicio fue que nos dio 300 libras en 6 billetes de 50 libras de las cuales 2 billetes de plásticos de los nuevos y 4 billetes de papel de los antiguos, cuando llegamos a londres e intentamos cambiar un billetes de los de papel, nos dicen que esto ya no se acepta desde el 2021 que tenemos que ir al Central Bank de UK. Es una vergüenza que os aprovechéis de la ignorancia de los turistas cuando viajamos a otro país y encima en nuestro propio país. Tener en cuenta, que ni yo ni personas de mi entorno os recomendaré para que utilicen vuestros servicios. Saludos

Me siento estafada fui a correos porque lo anuncian muy bonito y global Exchange he perdido 65 € , cambio carísimo , no compren moneda ahí.

Oficina de Tenerife Sur, me dicen que mis dolares son falsos y no los cambian. Como pueden decir algo tan grave, sin nisiqueira comprobarlo? Vergonzoso! Obviamente el dinero era válido y lo cambié en Western Union donde tienen maquinaria más seria para comprobar los billetes.

Disgusting experience in this store today.
Not only did both the cashiers/management lie to me about the 50000 Lebanese Dinar note I tried to exchange back into £ Pounds saying it was worth just £1.30 when actually it's current rate of exchange is £27.50 on 3rd January 2023.
But also (the man I believe to be the manager) snatched the money from my hands, spraining my wrist and then threw the currency back at me, muttering something spiteful which I couldn't quite make out.
Appalling experience, as I was doing a favour for a friend who is currently going through a break up with his fiancé.
Real shame as I'm simply a doing both parties a favour.
I reported this to the Police. And I will be contacting Trading Standards.

I asked for €400 in MAD. Using my MasterCard for payment.
They told me that the exchange rate was 10:1, so it would be 4000MAD
They took 300MAD as commission and gave me 2200 in cash and 1500 on a Global Debit card. When I saw my bank statement they said I withdrew 4457
MAD.
Making their commission 745 MAD!!!! My bank charged me €33. Meaning it cost €100 to get €400 worth of MADs in Marrakesh Airport.

This is completely trust and wworthy money transfering system. They had completed my transfer within less than a 1working day. Competitive rates for all the time... highly recommend with 10 stars...
