Great Little Trading Co. Avis 

I just wanted to write what a great little company this is. We had an issue with our order which was sorted quickly with Sally. The delivery team were great and installed the bed very quickly. Excellent bed (Paddington Mid Sleeper) my granddaughter loves it. Thank you so very much .

The reviews had made us slightly apprehensive, but our experience has been excellent. The items were delivered quickly, and well packaged. We sent an email about a minor issue, which was replied to, and resolved, the same day.

The play kitchen and accessories are exceptionally good value for money, and our granddaughter is over the moon with the present. We'd happily buy from them again, and recommend them.

Appalling! I am so disappointed as the popular perception is that this is a good, reliable company.
In my experience my order took over 14 days and the payment was taken (I haven’t even received it yet!) and accurate communication was poor.
The delivery company XDP is dreadful. Notice of delivery was given on the same morning, which was not convenient, but personal plans were duly changed, only to find the delivery did not turn up.
Impossible to contact anyone directly to sort this out. Understandably I have been left angry and frustrated having spent a lot of time and effort trying to sort out my order and currently having paid for goods I have not received.
UPDATE:
I received the goods and the furniture is of good quality, with clear instructions, reasonably easy to assemble and looks sturdy.

This company has become my favourite place to shop or search for inspiration, since having children. Their products are good quality and on the occasion there has been an issue (one with delivery and another with a damaged shelf), their customer service has been so helpful, prompt and easy to deal with.

Be careful - the website will take your money before giving you the chance to enter a discount code. Let's hope they refund item cost AND delivery charge following my email sent immediately after this somewhat unscrupulous trading method.

A fantastic company! I got the Teepee for my son in December and it was an absolute hit, he loves it. It’s so sturdy and well made and built to last. I love GLTC items as the quality is incredible - delivery was speedy and smooth and I’m so impressed with the whole process.

We have used GLTC for many years and recently ventured from the toy section into the homeware dept for two super soft beanbags. The quality is excellent, our kids use them for everything from relaxing movie afternoons to building forts! Quick delivery and great customer service too!

We absolutely love this company! The kitchen helper and greenest bookcase are a huge hit in our house, our toddler loves them so much. Very fast delivery & amazing communication. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a complete set of nuts/bolts for a toddler bed. They were sent out within 24hrs. Was a pleasure to deal with. Customer service like that will keep me a customer. thanks!

Such amazing service from GLTC. Updated frequently with delivery updates and delivery is often fast.
All pieces of furniture and toys are made to a very high standard, easy to follow directions and pieces that last years.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for furniture do my children’ bedrooms and wooden toys.
