Very similar to the other review at around the same time. Vehicles not representative of those shown on the website as they are old cars with, in my case, a heavily damaged interior. The electric mirrors didn't work and neither did the passenger window, so we had to pull over to adjust from the outside. Minor stuff perhaps.

What was not minor was the state of the front left tyre as it was almost completely bald. Only realised when the car skidded on some water when I had to stop quickly to avoid a car pulling out.

The representative who came to the hotel for the booking was aggressive on the phone when I called her later in the day. She said she'd look into the tyre issue when that was the last I heard of it. This car should not have been allowed on the roads.

Not had this issue on a previous trip to Antigua (different rental company) so be careful who you select and if you can't find reviews, go elsewhere.

This company you must avoid at all costs if you rent a car in Antigua.
We ordered a hire car via the hotel and was told by the receptionist that it was $55 for the first day and then $50 for the next consecutive days with a $10 charge per day for insurance and a one off payment of $20 for the licence to be able to drive in Antigua on a UK license.
We agreed to 4 days and I had the correct money due to being in US not EC and when paying was surprised to find that it was a lot dearer than expected and was told that I had been informed wrong and it was $20 per day plus tax.
I paid the $340 not knowing at the time that I had been overcharged.
It wasn’t until a local gave me a book on Antigua that I saw an article on driving or hiring a car that it stated one charge of $20 not everyday as we had been charged.
I had by this time requested another day to hire the car and with the receptionist worked out that I should have been charged $304 not $340
Tracey would not talk to me when the receptionist rang her and demanded that the car was returned as her figures could not match our price and even had the cheek to say that I had said keep the difference!!!!
We eventually didn’t pay for the extra day even though I did offer to pay $35 to the receptionist to give to Tracey when we handed back the key and SATNAV when we returned Thursday evening. This would have been the extra on top of the extra we had already paid to make the correct price for the 5 days, but was told no as it was free for the extra, but it wasn’t free as we had overpaid originally.
You will not find any reviews for this car hire company, but speaking with others who hired from them whilst staying at the same hotel, we were not the only ones not happy.
BTW the cars are not as described on the website. They are old cars with old SATNAVs not updated to reflect road changes and check the tyres!
We got a puncture which was changed, but another person also got a puncture as the tyres are all worn with no tread!
