The advice I was given back in 2023 was that the capital I was going to invest was 100% safe as it would be secured against tangible assets

I was also advised that the investments aligned with my low risk profile

How wrong everything seems to be right now and Godwin have delivered nothing and it appears that I could have lost everything

Scam is a harsh word to use, but right now that is exactly how it seems to me - shame I can’t give a zero rating

Its a scam, they pretend to be big, but piss poor management and this was never going to succeed. What can I say, I got sucked in and now lost everything.

So I am sure like many Godwin Capital investors, you now know that they ahve appointed administrators and gone into Insolvency.. Like the prior comments, they held a meeting in Dec 2024 to propose a 12 month delayed maturity which they said was unanimously voted for... Given the option was "get nothing" this is hardly surprising.... In their Zoom meeting, they said what they were going to do to get payments secured and went about issuing new maturity dates... I ahem looked into their provisional 2024 FY accounts and it shows they basically have enough funds to pay AT LEAST creditors due in 12 months... SO WHY given this are they filing for insolvency???

I am sure that like many other GC No8 investors you have lots of questions and I hope that the appointed administrators dig deep into the directors.

It is either a case of 1) fraudulent management (where have the 170m of assets gone??) 2) Incompetence and lies in their Dec meeting or probably both.

I think all investors should give as much ammunition to the appointed Administrators as possible, and get the 3 Directors barred for their lack of fiduciary care to us as investors. BUNCH of lying thieving sheisters.

Oh, and if you try to got to Godwin website it says "site not found" on any link!!!! Go figure

4year investment with Godwin Capital, investment has matured, no communication from Godwin, don't answer emails, when you phone someone will get back to you, no one does, very very poor

I too have investment with Godwin and have many concerns.
I.E:
2 year investment being changed to 3.
Voting system which only Godwin see the results.
And many more. I feel that we (the investors) need to commumicate to each other. I am open to any ideas but we need do to be United.
There is a very good chance that we are being taken for a ride.

Invested with Godwin G8 and have just been told by them my 2 year investment is changing to 3 year.My interest which contract states will be paid 6 monthly will now be paid at the END of the 3 years.My 11% interest is now 10% .How can they do this???.Ive asked questions,been given false documents and told if im not happy get legal advise! AVOID THEM ,PLEASE AVOID

**Avoid This Company – Lack of Transparency and Investor Rights**

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. They unilaterally extended the maturity date of my investment by 12 months without my approval or explicit consent. Despite my repeated requests for clarification, they failed to provide concrete evidence or documentation that justifies such a decision.

Their claim that a majority vote can override individual agreements is troubling, especially when no such provision was clearly outlined in the documents or signed by me. Basically they take a poll on if your have the right to withdraw your investment after the contract has ended. This approach undermines investor rights and leaves no clear path for accountability.

In short. They decide what to do with your investment even though your contract term comes to an end.

Future investors, beware: if you value transparency, fairness, and control over your investments, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere

My investment matured recently and I decided to reinvest part of it and withrow the rest. My reinvestment was processed promptly but three weeks later I still haven't got my withdrawal money or any communication regarding it. I wrote several emails and didn't get any reply. I phoned the investment and financial office and was told that someone would phone me back, which hasn't happened. Very disappointed as was made to believe that this is a reputable company.At the point of engaging legal help

I actually had a doubt about it at first glance, but my advisor suggested Godwin Capital investment. So I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be a very good opportunity in many ways. If you think it seems ok but just are worried for whatever reasons, I would strongly recommend it. It's worthwhile.
