I've used Gogetters quite a few times…
I've used Gogetters quite a few times now and they always provide such a great service. My order is delivered on time and the driver is always courteous. Would definitely recommend.

They are always on top of any order…
They are always on top of any order independently of where we order from.
Once there was an issue with an ingredient found in one of the burgers and they immediately contacted us on their own to confirm the type of allergy before proceeding with the order.
Super responsive: Whenever there is a huge delay and you write to them they always respond super fast and trying their best to resolve that either with a refund or by ensuring this is will not happen again.
Their drivers are very quick and the best feature is that they seal the food bags, and add a time stamp, so you are always 100% that food is not compromised!!
I wish every provider of such a service was like GoGetters. We are always confident when ordering via them.

Ordering and tracking really easy
Ordering and tracking really easy. Needed to message regarding not being sent the dips we asked for and they credited my account in 5 minutes. Been using them for ages and will continue to.

Food took much longer than quoted, missing items
Food took much longer than quoted. Not all items arrived, told driver and was told we had to query with store. Raised a ticket to be then be told nothing GoGetters can do as store said all food left store. So I’ve paid for food that I didn’t get and apparently nothing I can do. So avoid of you don’t want your money stolen…

Ordered food to say it would arrive…
Ordered food to say it would arrive within the hour. It arrived two hours later…Not only did it arrive late, the food had been opened, the cans of drink damaged and the food was stone cold. Awful service , and apparently not the first time Ali has done this to people!

Will never use again
Awful service. Ordered food at 7pm app said would be delivered at 8.25pm. Everytime we checked the app it just kept pushing it back. Cold food arrived at 9.35pm. If you can't deliver the food on the time that you say it will arrive don't accept the order. Then we can make other arrangements. Three starving kids to deal with. On top of this it is ridiculously expensive. Will never use again.

Late delivery damage order
Late delivery , broken food seals ,cold and damaged food , wrong drink delivered amand cam looked like it had been ran over , other than that it was great
