GoGo Gadget - Gift & Hobbies Store Avis 

Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering but my disabled daughter was so desperate for the toys I ordered I didn’t think. Almost a month later and no order and no response to any emails. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Currently dealing with Mastercard trying to have our money returned.
Easy to order from them bu items never arrived. No communication possible.
Good luck to you all who are going to risk buying off them.

Very unhappy with this company - avoid at all costs!
I ordered something on click and collect which said it was in stock and should be ready the next day. 10 days later, heard nothing and all emails asking for update have been ignored! Now trying to get my money back, terrible company!

I ordered product on 4th November 2025. I have sent numerous messages but no response. My fault for not checking reviews, a lesson learnt.

If you like spending your hard earned money on products that will not arrive, this is the company for you!

Never received the product I purchased.
I received no proof of postage, I had zero communication from them.
Luckily I purchased using PayPal, who have refunded me my full order total.
I have a very upset grandaughter that didn't receive her christmas present.

I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews however others should be warned. I have not received the goods I paid for nor any correspondence from them whatsoever. In the run up to Christmas time, they will scam a few customers buying gifts for their loved ones, like I was. Sadly I didn’t use PayPal to make payment so I haven’t got a leg to stand on. Avoid at all costs.

Paid for my order. Not delivered. No response to emails. Do not trust this company.

Put order in on the 6/8/25 for a dog Frisbee. 4/5 day delivery. Never arrived. Sent 3 emails and no response. Scammers. Will be taking it further

I purchased a boodvital dibetes monitor 3 weeks ago and hasn't been sent the say still processing order. Also said no refunds. Scammers $80 stolen from me

I ordered a small reading light and it has never arrived. I’ve emailed the company and had no response so I’m making a claim against them. I’m guessing similar to the other reviews they don’t send the items and don’t reply. To be clear so they cannot deny their own company, the website used is gogogadgetonline.co.uk

Didn't arrive, emailed with no response it's been 4 months

Placed order, they took my money and nothing arrived. DO NOT buy from gogogadgetonline.co.uk. Scam company. Tried to email several times on service @gogo-gadget.co.uk no reply at all. They will steal your money.

I bought a Newton's Cradle online from GoGo Gadget UK before Christmas. Item was delivered on-time, well packaged and was exactly what I was looking for at a good price and high quality. I have had several items from this shop over the years and can highly recommend them.

I sympathise with the company's challenges due to sharing a name with another firm, but I want to clarify this review is for the UK toy and gadget shop. Their brick and mortar shop is probably fine but I cannot recommend ordering online from them. I ordered an item on January 4 and have received no communication or updates, despite multiple emails and a form submitted on their website. The item was for a birthday that has now passed. Now I just want a refund and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card provider if they continue to ignore my emails.

Return procedure obscure & did not answer emails. still waiting for refund.

Very interesting Puzzle, not only exercise brain but also can be as a decoration in house. Funny than Lego.

I recently noticed that their Trustpilot rating is surprisingly low, which I found very strange because I’ve shopped both online and at their Basingstoke store, and the experience has always been fantastic. They offer a unique and creative selection of toys and gifts, and their customer service is excellent both in-store and online.
After reading through some of the negative reviews, I realized that many of them are actually for a completely different website. I found that their Trustpilot rating has been affected by confusion with another website, gogogadgets.io, which is totaly not connected to them. If you’re unhappy with gogogadgets.io, please leave reviews on their page, not here,as it's unfair to a business that provides great service and products.

Purchased a Zodiac Clock from their Basingstoke store, I accidentally broke one the parts while building it so I contact customer service to see if they had any spare parts, they were quick to respond and luckily had the part I needed!

Great service, would use again!
