A complete mess and a overall scam.
Used to buy gold before the covid stuff happened and always got what i wanted, fast delivery and fast responses... But after covid happened, their website became a complete mess.. Gold stocks that were never up, everything was always out of stock.. Decided to buy once during the covid crisis but had to wait due gold stocks being completely empty and would get when they had some, so i kept on waiting and waiting and waiting until they could send some of the the gold that i ordered.. I never ever received one bit of my order and was frustrated after waiting for 4-6 months... Decided to contact them what the issue was and they kept saying they had no stock left, so i asked for my money back.. Here's the thing, they never even gave me all of my money back.. They only gave me like 2 euros back out of my 35 euro order... And the money that they did send was to my old credit card that expired a long time ago.. I asked them multiple times to send my money to my new credit card since it was from the same credit card company that i'm always at... They never ever replied back and after all this time i still haven't gotten my money back... Their live customer service is also a joke because whenever i asked if they had some gold in stock, i always got the same generic bot replies back that they were still out of stock and they would send me gold whenever they have (This was during the time when i was waiting for my gold that they promised).. And to be fair, i don't even care if they still somehow manage to send me my money back (Not that it would happen anyway). I also noticed that their website is no longer being able to be accessed, meaning that they are probably shut down (Idk if they shut down themselves/that some anti fraud/scam company shut them down or if nexon cracked down upon them)... But i'm indeed glad that their website is shut down, i really do.. Screw them and their scams/fraud.
