I found the person I spoke too friendly and polite & very helpful.

I will begin by acknowledging John, whom I had the pleasure
of meeting during our interview.
He clearly understood the procedure we had to follow throughout the interview, occasionally asking if I had any questions as we proceeded.
A sense of respect for each other was obviously the aim that we both felt was to a comfortable level, therefore allowing me to answer all questions with an honest response, finally finding the level of the insurance policy that allows me no hardship as I humbly journey on with my life.

The only negative was having the first couple of call backs not done at the times I indicated which meant a bit of luck around to get it at times agreed on. But otherwise good customer service

The Representative had exceptional customer relations. He put me at ease from the beginning and was very informative but also spoke in simple English.
He kept me at ease throughout the whole process.

Marcus explain the policy in detail in a very friendly manner and allow us to ask questions if we did not understand

He was clear easy to understand and always ask if I had any questions about what he said

The lady on the phone was pretty helpful and quite professional explaining how your system works.

Just arranged some life insurance with Golden Insurance. Was such a pleasant experience I may cancel the policy just to do it all again. Seriously, just great, genuine and very human customer service and experience with and from Nick L. Not often you feel good about an insurance decision. I do with this one.

Kia made it very easy and simple to understand.

Chloe was knowledgeable and polite. Made it easy for me to understand. Her having to read out message at end of phone call was a bit ridicules but otherwise cool.

vanessa with the white van was really friendly, professional, and clear, explained everything to me and she was sure to get all my details correct and to ensure my understanding for every part of the disussion, she made me feel that my needs were inportant.

Andrew made the whole process straightforward, communicated clearly throughout, and was always approachable and helpful whenever I had a question. It was refreshing to deal with someone who combines genuine personal service with a high level of professionalism.
