Golds Gym Avis 

Firstly, only leaving 1 star because you cannot give 0. 1 star is way too high for this establishment. Golds gym in HARROW has to be one of the worst gyms I have ever been to. Let's start with the staff: They are dressed up in suits, so one might be fooled into receiving a professional service...but you'd be sorely disappointed. Once my locker key was stuck and I went to get help. The staff were so disinterested and told me to wait for one "strong" member of staff to open it. They cannot even respond to emails in a timely manner.. I doubt they check it on a regular basis. Also The manager is very rude, cold and unsympathetic. If you have an issue, don't expect help, just expect him to be condescending in return.
Now onto the cleanliness of the gym: Very poor. Hairs always on the locker room floor, water everywhere. Toilets always dirty. Could not even bring myself to use the sauna. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.... DO NOT BE CONNED BY GOLDS GYM.

I currently go the gold gym in Hanwell, the staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The service is excellent and I really enjoy the classes.

Disgraceful Disgusting and Dirty!!!

Was a member of Harrow Golds Gym and the place was a filth the equipment was outdated some equipment was broken and health and safety hazard.

The floors were uneven and easy to fall over there were hardly any staff around and hard to get hold of anyone if things go wrong.

The swimming pool was dirty and jacuzzi hardly worked.

That’s the gym over and done with and now get ready for the main shock.

I had a job interview with Karl Sandhu for Membership Sales Assistant job and this has got to be the most demoralising interview or meeting I’ve ever had.

The guy was so abrupt and horrible it was unbelievable he kept going on about his wealth and his money and everything he has achieved and he said by the look of you someone like you Would never achieve this!!! He kept getting personal and said his seen my FB and kept going on about my sexual orientation!!! He said he knew who I was through people and would never employ me and I didn’t want to hear anymore I was so emotionally shaken up!!! He threw a pen at me and told me to draw a marketing strategy also he showed me cctv footage of some of his workers working on the job!!!! And he said I always keep an eye on them on my phone!!! Scary!!!!!!!

Although new equipment the gym is always dirty and the jacuzzi works for a week and then is broken again. For the gym to repair so much as a towel hanger takes months. They ruthlessly hold onto your business and give absolutely no leeway on their fine print. I left apparently owing £30 which I was unaware of, without even contacting me once they have taken legal action which I must now defend. Worse, stressful experience and I wish I never signed up. BEWARE of this unethical group

Was a member in the Harrow branch and I would not recommend this place!

The club was in very bad shape and would look like a construction site by time. Most of the equipment was broken, 'out of service' or had disappeared from one visit to the other. One time the Sauna was out of service for more than 3 months and at least one shower would always be broken.

Depending on the cleaner on duty the locker rooms would be disgustingly dirty and common spa areas also (plasters in the pool etc.)

The worse part was the so called manager though. He would just take offense to everything and sometimes flip out and than accuse the client of making up complaints. The most unprofessional person I have ever encountered (and I have seen my fair share). Happened to me and I witnessed it with other clients also.
Some of the staff would speak very little to no english at all.

This same manager would also act as a PT for his mates during his shifts I assume as he was training with them wearing a suit and leather shoes on the gym floor.

The only good thing in this gym were the yoga classes with a very sweet and dedicated teacher, my only regret leaving this place.

Overrunning GYM contract after cancellation and hefty charge to loyal customers. Very bad management and does not respond to any questions.
